Parts dept personnel were excellent. I picked up on online order at same time.of service. I had been notified by phone and they were as great in person. He loaded the parts into the truck as well.
Service tech was good, efficient and thorough. I watched him work on my truck through the large windows to the bays. No wasted steps.
Started work soon after appointment time
was scheduled. Free truxck wash as well.

bought assist steps for my brand new 1500. Paid for installation. Scheduled service appointment and was quoted 1 hour. It took double the time. Sales is excellent paperwork was ready all I had to do was sign. Service usually takes way longer than needed. If there was communication it would be acceptable. Quality of work done is always top notch. Either quote longer service times or communicate better about delays.

Made appointment a week earlier for an oil change and to check out the radio that wasn't working sometimes. I dropped it off at 7am and told them I needed it done before 4. I received a call around 1 saying it was all set and asked what was the issue with the radio. Was told they never looked at the radio and that they would update it. I reiterated that I had to have it done by 4. I got there at 340 and it was still being worked on. Waited over an hour making me late for my meeting and now 5 days later...my radio hasn't worked at all ever since bringing it in. I was a long term customer at your chevy dealer in Wakefield and always had a great experience there for service. When I purchased a new sierra I figured I would go here. I will never be returning.

Well worth the drive to one of the cleanest, most professional, "you could eat off of the showroom floor dealership" that I've ever been to. From Bob Masse to Tom Frat, the service and impeccable attention to detail was outstanding. Tom is one of the most knowledgeable sales specialists that I've ever worked with. The sale, registration, the vehicle "walk through" was amazingly easy! If integrity is an important factor in you buying a car, look no further than Masse Buick. great service but could have given a better price on tires. i was able to save $180 on 4 tires elsewhere. i know you price match but i want and expect your best price as a loyal customer
upfront and not that i have to do the leg work to find a better price.

I ve had two techs help me since I bought my car and they were both friendly, professional and quick! The facility looks beautiful too.
