Great hotel

Very nice hotel but the view is not nice any more, also in this season swimming in Sea little dangerous because of jelly fish

Superb hotel with the friendliest staff ever.this is my second visit and I will certainly be back.

Hotel itself is very nice. Beautiful pools the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast and pool- beautiful bar. I did not like the reception staff: young, inexperienced and without any problem solving skills. The first problem you say you will and then we'll do not know what to do. To improve training.

An exceptional hotel in an exceptional city.
The hotel is suitable for everyone.

There are several swimming pools of different size / shape available for young and old.
The children's pool is covered to protect our little lovebirds.
A lap pool is also available for sporty vacationers.
A private beach with a very clean deckchair is also present with games for children.

The greenery in the hotel grounds is slightly refreshed in the sweltering heat but above all gives it a very pretty charm.

The bedroom is spacious, beautiful, very very comfortable (the bed is ) and has all the necessary accessories to accompany you during your stay.

The restaurants are up to the standard of this type of hotel .

The staff is very caring
When you are by the pool some employees come and offer you cold towels to cool you off (and it's very pleasant in 38 degrees).

In summary I recommend without hesitation

Nice venue and nice facilities
Too long to access the beach access when buying onsite voucher or using external voucher
The staff is amazing but not sufficient by the semi Olympic pool
They need to be more waiters in that section
The food is average at the pool bar but the other restaurants offer great deal of variety
The sunbed and towels are correct and comfortable
I recommend that resort but some room for improvement in terms of time process

Very poor customer service via phone conversation, arrogant and poor encounter with sales persons.

In Transit from Thailand to United Kingdom, Thought Id get 2 days rest here.

Requested for a quieter room on a higher floor so I can get a good nights sleep especially with Jet Lag.

I have been trying to sleep since 9:30pm and I would describe what in like a carnival below my room. I rang reception and was told "Sorry sir its weekend and there's a beach party below. They should let guests know this. I have been told that a manager will call me in the morning. Absolutely disgusting especially as I have my 2 year old son with us. Not a five start service you would expect from such an establishment. Management here should be ashamed of them selves. I do not RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!

Excellent hotel by the sea in a strategic position near the Dubai marina

Lovely pool, great cabanas and swim up bar. Staff all excellent. Shame that there is a huge construction site right next door!! The noise level was awful the whole day... not even any respite during the hottest part of the day. Shame it wasn't mentioned during booking!

Barastiiiiiiiiii is unique and worth spending time day and night. What I like the most there is no dress code, super safe with all the security staff, drinks affordable, many bars , 2 differents atmosphere, Chicha on the beach... just like a dream.

Hotel worth its 5 stars with a very attentive staff. On the other hand noise nuisance of the skyscraper in construction next door. Excellent location for visiting tea palm island and atlantis water park.

Great hotel. Luxurious interior. Fab staff especially the travel rep on site. Didn't get five stars as air con didn't work properly. We were so cold in our room.

Food was not good, half the menu was not available and wine was extortionate price. Would not choose to dine there again.

Very bad service compared with the neighboring sister hotel Westin. They had me waiting for over three hours to give me a substandard and small room. After arguing up the chain, we reached a compromise where I get upgraded tomorrow for a discounted rate. After finally getting access to the room, I wanted to bath a shower and there is no warm water.
If you have the opportunity, stay away from this hotel. My top pick of places to stay close by is definitely the Grosvenor House.

An excellent hotel and resort. The only downside for me was that the facilities (beach, pool and gym) appear to be open to the public via memberships so they get busier than you might expect from hotel guests alone. That said, the facilities, rooms and food were all great so I would recommend the hotel for non-DIFC/downtown visits to dubai.

Such a beautiful location and restaurants, yet such dreadful business sense from some of its staff. If this hotel were in a western country I'm sure it would merit my 5 star approval.

Yet due to its location I continue to give them and it's neighbouring hotel my custom.
Sometimes its simply frowned upon to be a single woman in Dubai.
Wake up: I'm a woman of nearly 60 with money in my pocket who simply wants to relax at your premises.

Gorgeous setting for a cheap, relaxed beach day. Food and drinks reasonably priced, shisha is more a tourist price. Service a little slow but with the good energy and chilled vibe you don't mind waiting

Hotel is a good one, old but still in good shape, nice location and beach, barasti is a nice costal bar place but be very careful from the guys working on Shisha and the Egyptian security guys are awful when it comes to customer service, many times they will mess your experience so just mentioning that after I have suffered twice incidents from those people and I have suggested this to the management who did nothing at all so now better to send the warning here!!

Good staff. Aging hotel. Club downstairs is abnoxiously loud. Despite being on the 9th floor and on the other side you can still here it. On the weekends it's loud till 3am. Staff tried helping... No hot water in bathroom. Bathroom towels are worn. Room freezing becausr AC not resonponaove to thermastat, I've never faced that problem before.

Very beautiful hotel, we tried Fish dubai restaurant which has amazing view and delicious food.

Friendly front desk and concierge. Allowed us to check out by 2pm.
Were woken up due to faulty fire alarm, that took over 15 mins to disable. Front desk offered to compensate by allowing us to stay for more time but unfortunately it was when we were checking out. If that was the intention then they should have informed the guests at least a couple of hours before check out.

Quiet and small including several international brands, super brands and an Italian coffee shop.

Everything was awesome! Great breakfast, really friendly and helpful staff and beatiful private beach. Lovely place.

Love this place because if the location and how green is a territory. They are keeping big pool with a good cold temperature all the time which is amazing during summer
