and a very good hotel, has pool etc, but for those who like casino this hotel does not have, but has hotels near the casino. It was just a very good room.

nice hotel and just by the strip...u will enjoy...hotel is clean and has many amenities..spa is closed for now...but make sure u ask once u plan.!!!

Nice smelling hotel. Customer service was ideal. there should be exhaust fans in the bathroom the strong orders from bathrooms dose linger.

I stayed here with a friend in March and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The Casino is perfect sized and there's usually an empty seat with inexpensive blackjack tables. The BJ dealers were awesome, especially Jose and Lance. The common areas are clean and well kept. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I could think of was wi-fi access. For some reason, I couldn't keep a wi-fi connection and had to run off 4G data. Would have been a perfect 5 stars if not for the wi-fi. Keep up the good work Westin, I'm coming back in November!

Rooms are clean, neutral, and modern. The casino is a blast, and waitresses make rounds with free drinks frequently. I recommend the spicy bloody mary. It's really good!

There is too much noisy since we free upgrade to high floor. It is under construction from 8am, I can't sleep well. No one tells me. That's really bad service!

Super loud; could hear people walking through the hall. Good location. Great shower. Beds not as comfortable as they advertise.

High resort fee for not much resort. It s very old and tired and smells bad. Random vagrants in the parking garage. The worse Westin I ve been to so far

Highly recommend staying clear of this hotel!! We had a canceled flight due to weather, we checked in a day late. Our new flight was not returning until a day later and we requested to be comped an additional day. Prior to our planned pre-paid vacation I purchased travel insurance. Although we should be comped according to our travel insurance the hotel personal refused to provide a room without additional payment from us. We have got the run around from all hotel staff and no return call as promised from Christine although I see she is able to respond to complaints through reviews...

We pre-paid in advance and purchased travel insurance... a response to our request to honor our travel insurance is requested! Feeling robbed and taken advantage of.

We will be contacting our business attorney to take care of this matter since we have not been successful in receiving contact back from Christine.

Lovely hotel, a block back from the strip. Close enough to the action but far enough away to be able to relax.

They need to update this hotel. It's not bad but it's getting worn.

Just slightly off the strip (5min walk there). Clean, no issues or complaints. As advertised. Would book again.

Went there to rent a car, they had cold water which was amazing in the Vegas heat.

We got sent here after a late cancelled airline flight. Obviously, we were cranky and just wanted to go home, but we are glad we were introduced to the Westin.
We had spent 8 days in a very exclusive hotel on the strip, in a large suite, which was great, but the service and pricing at the Westin is easily better than the exclusive place we had stayed. We enjoyed everything about the Westin, from the unlimited free bottled water and Starbucks coffee in room, to the very nice fitness center, to the pool, to an excellent meal at Jake & Eli's, the hotel restaurant. We actually enjoyed the absence of a casino or slot machines, with it's accompanying smoking and ladies of the night.
I highly recommend this hotel for quality at reasonable pricing.

Very disappointing experience. Rooms outdated. Pool under construction. Elevators in garage function poorly. Less than friendly service.

The decor is beautiful, I loved the artwork and the quality of the bedding and furnishings. The steak restaurant is excellent, with generous cocktails. I would call the vibe "steakhouse swank." This comfortable hotel is pet friendly, and there is a pet area by the car parking. They provide bags and obviously clean the area frequently. The TV's in each room are top notch, brand new, and extremely large with all the movie channels, Netflix, HBO, etc..

Used to be much nicer. Faucet on bathtub spun around, shower took few minutes to give warm water, they got rid of the casino.

Smells so bad, unclean, horrible breakfast, the worst experience ever. Rather live in a motel on the street than at the Westin

Trashy and dirty hotel with insane staff. We stayed 1 night and extended for 2nd night. Called the front desk at 11:23am and informed that we extended stay online. We were assured that the reservations would be connected. Next time we heard from them was at 1am when they woke us up in our room. Yes 1am!!!!! All because they needed a credit card for deposit (a credit card they already had from the 1st night). Yes 1am!!!!! They dragged us out of bed to go downstairs. We spoke with Casey and she was as dimwited as they come, completely untrained, rude, dirty shirt. The security staff verbally assaulted us, threatened to throw us out because we were filling out a complaint form. Trying to threaten us with fact that there are cameras. Great, corporate will be looking at that footage. We finally were released to go back to our room at 2am. Didn t fall asleep until 5am because of the traumatic experience. All to do a 10 hour drive next morning. The hotel was disgusting, dirty, staff would walk into room even with do not disturb sign. We caught homeless drug addict roaming the halls trying for open doors. No bathroom exhaust. Oh and as others have mentioned there are roaches. It s like going to Motel 6. Who runs this dump?

The room we stayed in was "newly renovated" and it was great. The room was, however, missing a microwave and fridge. The hotel was in walking distance of the Strip.

I had a bad experience from this hotel to charge what they charge. My phone was stolen while I was sitting right there and all they could tell me was they sorry for my lost but they will look over the camera so if he come back they will know its him. I couldn't check in to after 4pm got there at 1 in the morning was told if I check in I have to pay half the rate from last night which would have been 199 I fell asleep on the couch they came and told me I couldn't sleep on it my whole day was just hopeless my home was burned down two days before the only reason I took the flight to Vegas was I would have lost my money from the flight I'm ready to go home and never come back

Starting to be the worst experience ever. Where oh where is Christine in reservations looks like we will be on the street our last night here - just got treated like crap by the front desk personnel. Highly recommend looking elsewhere!

Good location, clean and relatively quiet. The casino is small, so if you're not into that sort of thing this is a good spot.

We had our sales meeting at the hotel. Accommodations for meetings and hotel room was great.

I loved it. Friendly staff, convenient and perfect location. Loved the beautiful smell. I loved the bed! So comfy. Nice bar and restaurant and has a Starbucks:) The rooms are nice..... But they looked old... Hope the hotel gets a remodel. I would so recommend this hotel.

A little off strip, but great place if in town for convention and don't want the whole Vegas stuff.

Clean, professional staff, drinks were brought out quickly when gambling.

Don t get a room on the north side of the building. Bands play in the parking lot and the base will penetrate the walls. I tried turning on the AC and TV to mask the sound but it was too loud. It will make you vibrate like there is a locomotive passing by only unlike a train it just keep going on and on. Employees will tell you that the noise is just about to stop . Don t believe them. They act as if it is temporary. It is not and you won t get your money back. They also have a resort fee here. They won t tell you about that either when you book. Don t give them your credit card. You ll regret it.

Great location with a tiny casino in the lobby which is great because you can get away from all the noise and smoke. Short walk to Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd where you can find all the activities.

Was there for just one night. But the overall expedia 've was ok. Device was ok, the bar guy was friendly and had or drinks pretty fast even though we were a big group of almost 20. Rooms are ok, a bit tight but ok. Clean

Staff is great, always checking in on our stay, hotel is very clean. Food and drinks at Jake and Eli is really good, great service from Josie. The points reward breakfast is a plus, it was closed one day and was provided a very nice credit for Starbucks.

another excellent stay at the westin. close enough to the strip if you want to play, but you can still enjoy some drinks at the bar if you want to unwind without dealing with the crowds. good place to stay if you are here for work.

Las Vegas is not terrible at all but this hotel is of a very high standard. Large bedroom and bathroom. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the 2nd terrace. I recommend.

Not a good example of what the Westin brand means. Poor courtesy, trash in halls, broken elevator with no signs. Good restaurant and nice bartender. Overall disappointed (Starwood Plat/100)

Vegas, night, pool, it was all. Nice hotel, clean rooms. Do not overpay for a view of the city, from any room above the third floor you will get a beautiful view.

Large room with desk and armchair, nice view, very friendly in the attention. The bathroom could have more upgraded details. Very calm! Good ubication!

Not crowded unlike other hotels. There's a small area by the lobby for slot machines and whatnot. The room is great with comfortable beds and adequate room temperature. There's a television with good audio and video quality, enough channels. Bathroom is spaceous enough. Room did not come with a refrigerator. There were no free cosmetics (eg. Toothbrush). Breakfast was okay. Did not try the restaurants for other meals. Staff seem friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here for years. Comparing this hotel to other Westins I have to say it is the worst in the United States that I have experienced. They have renovated the property which improved the lobby significantly. They removed the slot machines and replaced them with a restaurant. I was a bit surprised that I was charged a destination fee for staying there. Bellagio/Ceasar's are destinations. This hotel is an old rennovated hotel that you sleep in so you can go to meetings elsewhere. They do have limited space for small meetings. My biggest compilment goes to the people. They have always been friendly & helpful.

This hotel is great. Very near the strip without that casino vibe. Food and service are terrific. Even the room WiFi is good enough to stream video without problems.

Decent room. No lounge but we received an excellent full breakfast buffet each day with Platinum Premium status.

Hotel made me move rooms at 10pm for no reason and only thing they could say is "sorry for the inconvenience"

The location is ok. Not to far off the strip. Lobby is under-construction as of Nov 2017 which means some of services like a convenience store are closed. Hotel bar is still open however. The rooms have a slight smell to them and show their age in the details. Unless this hotel is a great deal I would probably not stay here again.

Excellent location, good rooms. Best part, an exception in Vegas is that the hotel is smoke free, otherwise, entire Vegas is full of cigarette smoke. The hotel can do well to provide a fridge and a microwave in the room for the convenience of guests with kids.

The Westin is a comfortable hotel situated just a few blocks and an easy walk away from the main strip. Probably one of the few hotels in Vegas to not have a casino, it is now popular for conferences in the space that used to occupy a casino. The rooms are not luxurious but are typical of any Westin, with comfortable beds and good facilities.
There is a good breakfast buffet available for purchase and a pool/gym on site, as well as gift shop and helpful concierge desk. In addition, there is an in house Starbucks which is useful if you want to skip a sit down breakfast or lunch and head out to the strip.
All in all a comfortable hotel.

Only downfall to this hotel is the pool. Beautiful but small and crowded. Loved the misters!

Everything was great but the elevators. Thay dont read your room card very well so it takes a while to get the elevator to work.
