Over-promises, under-delivers, insufficient resources, will undermine your IT staff and their staff is unhappy. Their relatives post positive reviews to make them look good. Find another MSP that will look out for the client's best interests instead of focusing on lining their wallets.

They are extremely friendly, caring and definitely go that extra mile to insure your satisfaction. I recommend them for all of your IT needs. With a very smooth transition they installed new servers for all of us, cleaned up our network and gave us a way to store all of our back up with no hassles at all.
