**Update: Take a lot of their reviews with a grain of salt. Funny how after posting my review, they all of a sudden received tons of 5 star reviews out of nowhere at the same time. Can we say "bogus"?

Over-promises, under-delivers, insufficient resources, will undermine your IT staff and their staff is unhappy. Their relatives post positive reviews to make them look good. Find another MSP that will look out for the client's best interests instead of focusing on lining their wallets.
