They scam college renters. Moved in unaware that the bathroom floor was falling in. Called to get it repaired 12 times. Their "repair" was to pull up the floor, put plywood on top or rotten beams, and roll the floor back out. They also took 4 months to return our deposit, and took half of it out due to damages on the house that were underlying damages from before the lease began. Once my parents got involved, they claimed that the documentation I had of these events was false and changed their minds about how they treated myself and my roommates.

I would not recommend to anybody of renting from this company Franca Darrow is very dishonest on loyal in the collective of all of his customers we have requested several repairs that took several times over and over in several office More

BE WARNED! I am renting a home that was unlevel before moving in. I was assured the home would be repaired while we were there after the leveling. They will only patch things (IF THAT) and not well at all. If you like sloppy painting, gunky caulking, mix-matched walls and cabinets, cracked ceilings,walls & floors, bathtubs painted before they re even cleaned, and paying top-of-line prices for it, then this the place for you.

2 years was enough. HIGHLY recommend renting elsewhere. AVOID!!!!

Worst place to rent from. Takes forever to get maintenance to come and fix anything.

Great place to rent or buy from. Very friendly and helpful staff. They'll actually take you to look at the homes instead of just sending you on your way, you also don't have to do an application to look at property like the other companies in town!

If you are thinking about buying you should definitely talk to them. They'll let you rent until you're ready to buy or find a place and then won't hold you to your lease if you use them as your broker to buy!!! That's amazing and gives you tons of flexibility when trying to buy a home in this market.

Only got $45 back out of a $750 deposit. Hopefully the problem can be resolved.

Be warned, DO NOT rent from this realtor! I lost my deposit because we didn't water the grass.

I leased from this company for over 2 years. Overall they are responsive, and have a good office manager and of course other good support. Frank is the owner, and a friendly guy but he is an old school business man which may test your limits. Overall, it's a reasonable place of business but as in most places make sure all the dots and t's are crossed.

I only gave 1 star because that's the only way I could do a review. This company is a slum company. They don't maintain any of their properties. I had to call the city so they could now their own lot. . My company leases under them as well. Let's just say I ended up getting sick Sue to their mechanics not being certified to fix things. Very slow about handling anything with their properties but they definitely want their rent on time.. Please be Ware..

I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company. The management is awful and negligent with performing needed maintenance before leasing out properties. The Penny Lane apartments are substandard and management will cheat their college student tenants out of their deposit with every chance they get

Wonderful customer service the people are always nice!

Today s reality is the best! Any time I had a problem, they always took care of it quickly. I had one major problem with my rental but it was taken care of completely. Friendly service and they always remembered me by name.

On Monday, I went in to look at property, specifically stated my interest in renting the property, and filled out an application also stating the property of interest. On Wednesday, I called to check the status on my application and guess what.....property was rented out! WOW! I didn't even get a callback to discuss the possiblity of me renting the property or any other proerty that was available. I would not recommend renting from this company. In the future, don't have a person come in and apply for a specific property and rent it clean from under them without responding to their application.

They had a very wide selection of rental properties and a responsive staff.

Management is very personal, honest, and open. Very approachable and worked tirelessly with me to resolve my issues when I have one. Thanks y'all.

This company is trying to say that we did not clean the house or take care of the yard before we moved out but I specifically remember cutting the grass and sweeping, wiping down, vacuuming, and mopping the floor. The manager of this company is dishonest and tries to take money from anyone that he does not like and moves out. He also tries to get us to pay money because we did not change he air filters but we changed the air filter and then left 2 new ones in the house. He is also trying to get us to pay for them to repaint the walls but I m not going to pay because they want to repaint the walls that already had scratches on it when I moved in. They say that we did these things, but they did not check the house before we moved in so they are blaming us for whatever damages that happened in the past 5 or so years when we moved in only 3 years ago. They are even trying to make us pay for some tiles in the kitchen that are busted up when their maintenance people are the ones that busted it up and left when it was reported to them (before I even moved into the house) that the tiles were warped. I am overall dissatisfied with this realty company and am very disappointed that they are trying to steal money from us.

Im not sure who it's posting positive reviews about this company but from my experience with dealing with then for the past 2 months I really wish I would have read the reviews. The bad reviews are pretty spot on...... nothing ever gets fixed. If u call repeatedly and go by thr office to complain they will listen take down your information and even tell u they will come by, and after a few weeks and several calls someone will come by and "patch" the issue. I am over all very dissatisfied with their entire operation. So save yourself some trouble and look elsewhere!

DO NOT RENT FROM TODAYS REALITY. Frank Cordano is a very bad man. There is mold on most of his properties and he always withholds security deposits without a valid reason. That is what you call dirty business. Not to mention the various minor thing that his team failed to take care of.

Management will lie and or stall about maintenance work orders that you need, Mr Frank will tell you something just to cushion your situation however wouldn't communicate it to his staff so your situation can be resolved. When they do come out to fix things its only a temporary fix.
