These orchids my son bought for my beautiful daughter in-law for mother's Day.

My kids give me one orchid every single year. I follow directions exactly as the card instructions and they do not even last ?:/

I ordered a box of orchids for Mother's Day. The shippers smashed them to smithereens and the box was laying on its side by my gate, even though the box was WELL MARKED ALL OVER with directions and arrows.
I called Westerlay and they shipped out another box right away - they were very kind and understanding. The second box arrived in great condition. Westerlay has excellent customer service and beautiful orchids. My orchids are still blooming beautifully weeks later. Thank you so much for making our lives more beautiful and zen.

This company is horrible! After ordering over $300 in orchids. They kept dying! The leaves would fall off. This company had the insulting audacity to say I over watered them. I only watered once since I received them. Watching the stems for the healthy green. I know not to water when stems are healthy green color!!!!
They basically did not listen to me. Accused me of doing something I did not do. Never in my life have I written a bad review. They disgust me!

There are so many beautiful orchids different colors and sizes

This review is based on my experience with the website. I wanted to know the name of an unlabelled (as usual) orchid of theirs which I bought at the grocery store. Impossible! The website is a home decor website, not a place an orchid afficianada would like to explore. Could be a nice place to visit. "Orchids are easy to grow and bloom!" Definitely the mantra of the inexperienced!

They're very friendly and hospitable. It's good to know that we can get orchid locally.

The orchids I purchased arrived in nice condition but gradually began to die. I followed the watering directions to a T and now 8 out of 10 plants have died. Very disappointed.

Largest variety of orchids I have witnessed (except for Hawaii) and you can walk and take the tour. This was a great trip and a special orchid was given as a gift in a Llama pot (perfect). Initial area visit was 7 years ago.

Initially learned of Westerly via the local Vons store---color transitions from blue to white. Pot is ceramic and navy blue. Quality is evident .Two colors---goes from dyed to natural white.

These gifts grow, last and are a constant reminder of the journey from artificial then back to a auspicious natural state. Had a great visit this year (thanks for the invitation) and the customized care. Grateful.

Incredible orchids, foliage and knowledge... everyone there loves what they do and it shows. SOLID 5 STARS
