I loved the trip. Jordan was fabulous. Petra was spectacular, Wadi Rum very fun. The jeeps a little sketchy. No electricity at dinner. Roberto was good, very knowledgeable. The advertising for Randal Wright was totally misleading. He was not a guide and never taught us at all. Very disappointed.
Isreal wonderful, good hotels, great tours, I didn't like the set up shopping such as Jimmies. I think they are over priced and the guides are making a big commission. The prices were ridiculous. We found the same items way cheaper at stores the guides didn't take us too. Jack Marshall was fabulous.
Would definitely recommend the trip to others.

Diane (the Cruise Lady) and her team made sure that my family had such an awesome time! We loved our cruise to Alaska with John Bytheway as our speaker for the week. It was a very beautiful, uplifting, and fun time!

Everything was very good. In spite of the weather blocking access to ports, Kelly Ogden filled in well with his abundant knowledge, The Cruise Lady staff was very friendly and travelling alone was no problem.

Went to the Holy Land. Trip was well planned, they kept us very busy every day, often touring for 12 to 14 hours a day. Very memorable trip! I would highly recommend them!

We really enjoyed our recent Panama Canal cruise with Dr. John Lund and his wonderful wife Bonnie. We enjoyed making 29 new friends. We certainly enjoyed the lectures by Dr. Lund and the 1 land excursion seeing what we were learning about. Unfortunately the cruise line cancelled the other port stop that we were most interested in. As far as Cruise Lady, I was disappointed at the beginning of the cruise that she swept in like everyone was acquainted with her and the Lunds. We didn't know her or anyone else. No one was introduced at first. It was very bewildering. She just started talking...I would have liked proper introductions, and less assumptions that we all know who is who. We don't. And when we have traveled a long way for a big event, it would be nice to be a little friendlier.

Always well prepared and planned to get to and visit all the places of significance with leaders who know inside and outside historical information.
Great transportation and professional drivers who are safety conscious and pleasant in their duties.

We just completed the Mediterranean cruise with a stop in the Holy Land. It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed the excursions directed by the Cruise Lady and her great staff!!! All the details were taken care of, we were able to see so many sights and experience amazing things. Thank you Cruise Lady for an unforgettable trip!!

Planning another cruise soon. We love the Lecture Series and highly recommend the services and people at Cruise Lady.

Devin has been super useful in helping plan my tour to Israel. He is very knowledgeable and was very useful in explaining the options. I definitely recommend them based on the service I've received so far!

Loved the tour but they seem to be a bit scatter brained. I had a heck of a time getting info sent to me or corrected. Had to use the other couple we were going through to give me the info.

I m extremely impressed with the service they provide! Nusly went above and beyond in providing all the information needed for our trip. She s extremely kind and helpful, providing us with many useful tips. She went out of her way to ensure we were prepared and communicated with us regularly.

Love the trips and tours, the shore tours are really long, be prepared to walk a lot of miles. Not for those with walking issues. Otherwise the tours are very informative and love the sea days with guest lectures. It s nice that everyone shares your religious values.

The worst experience ever! If you're not of the Latter Day Saint religion then don't bother booking through them! All they did was take our money! We had to make our own wheelchair arrangements, luggage tags, find info on the boat and location of the best airport to fly into. The only time they contacted us was for the rest of the money to pay. Not once did they provide info on the cruise, activities available, helpful hints or recommendations on what to do or what not to do. Not once did they reach out asking if we needed anything or to make sure we had our luggage tags or ask if we even knew that we needed to check in online prior. Thankfully I read through Norwegians website and walked my way through. Wish I would have done better research on who to book through. Compared to others on the ship that we talked to I feel that this place is a joke! Put your money elsewhere if possible!!! Never again will we use or refer! Going through them was a frustrating and miserable experience when it should of be a fun memorable experience.
