Miller & Milone PC Review

Forced me to sign a power of attorney's document in a psychiatric ward while medicated.

If I could give no star, I would. They have been calling us for weeks offering their help. We dealt with Natalie Esquivel. I was just giving her information I received from my ex, after verifying the information it was not true. Not her fault at all but that she does not even take the time to call me to inform me of the decision when the bill is $5000 is really unprofessional and a waste of time because these matters are time sensitive. To top it off, when I called her, she was really disobliging about the whole thing then LIED that she left a voicemail, but not sure to which number. We listened to all our voicemails again and she never even tried to call us. The rating is for the unprofessional way she handled things after the process did not go through and how she replied to me after I called her. I had a right to at least be informed of the decision as soon as she received it.

Amazing team, but communication is lacking at times. All the employees truly care about one another and most of management is willing to grow and learn from previous errors. Amazing CEO, CFO, and HR team. While the pay isn't phenomenal it is important to remember they are a small-medium law firm so the pay is what can be afforded. Management tries its hardest to accommodate the employees whenever they need something. They treat their business like a business which is not a bad thing! Miller & Milone, P.C. is a place where you will get out what you put in.

In dealing with the transition of our beloved mother from being an independent, social, contributing member of society to the need for full time care, my siblings and I were very confused how to proceed. We had many questions and received many opinions from friends and associates but not much in the way of strategy or facts. We were referred to Miller and Milone and that was the best blessing that our mother and family could have received. Tammy and her team were concerned, compassionate and professional in making sure they understood our mother, her wishes and what we wanted to do for mom. They took over and allowed us to care for our mother. To be relieved of the burdensome process of preparing and filling out the paperwork, submitting the application for Community Medicaid, and all of the necessary follow ups to make sure everything was progressing properly, was priceless. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism, as well as individual attention, that our mothers needs, and our concerns received. We are eternally thankful for them, and the clarity that they provided during a very difficult time.
