Once you have been greeted & pampered by this Professional Team you will never go anywhere else. Skindeep has the latest & up to date knowledge in treatments & products, they make you feel you are in friendly, capable & experienced hands. It is my go to place for so many reasons, like getting a Detox Box, Waxing, IPL, Spray Tans, Facials, Laser or a quick visit just to buy my Sunscreen & Make Up. This place was fine compared to other similar business. The stand out for me was the up selling. For what I could tell all staff had been trained to pressure the clients into buying lots of creams etc. I was also told I needed procedures that I knew I didn't . If you book with them go in confident about what you want and don't want. When they start piling up products that you "need" ask the price and tell them you will think about it.

We found our experience fantastic, the therapist was brilliant, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional, I would highly recommend Skin deep to anyone.

Amazing experience thus far, Jamaica knew her stuff and was able to educate me soo much!! Looking forward to my skin care plan, and my skin improving! All the girls so far have been so friendly and helpful! Thanks so much for an amazing experience so far :)

They go over and above to make sure you re informed and comfortable before any treatment is started. They recommend products for your skin, but don t pressure you into purchasing anything. Booked in for a massage and facial with a gift card . Must say first impression was not great , the manager or owner I'm not sure was having a very loud personal discussion in reception. When I went through for my massage ( the lady doing my treatments was absolutely lovely) massage was average and other staff kept coming in out of the area and talking very loudly and banging doors shut. Overall very unprofessional and for the amount your paying for an hour massage I expect to have a relaxing experience. I would not recommend to go here nor would I return .

People tend to think Skin-deep is too expensive. Not true. You will be so impressed with the service and the quality outcome that you won't care about paying a tiny bit more. I always feel I'm in safe hands. And the online booking is great too. (And no, I'm not being paid to say this. )

After seeing the results of a friend's first treatment I booked into Skindeep for a consult and seeking information on the dermafrac. My consultant Julie was professional and thorough and after a discussion of my skin and the options available, I decided to go for the dermafrac package. I personally found the treatment completely painless and emerged with no redness and none developed. I also purchased the Dr Aspect Skin Care range to complement the treatment and have been using it since. The results after just one treatment are excellent. My skin tone is more even and definitely smoother with smaller pores. The deep creases in my forehead have lessened significantly in the centre and are better on the sides with further lessening of crowsfeet round my eyes. The Dr Aspect product is beautiful to use and the precise amount of product is dispensed each time ensuring you don't use more than you need. I have my next appointment in around a fortnight or so. Can't wait and thoroughly recommend this salon and the very experienced and charming consultants.

I see the beautiful Megan once a month for all things skincare she is amazingly multi skilled and always knows exactly what my skin needs. I have always suffered from very dry skin but that s a thing of the past now. With the right beautician, right products and right treatments my skin has never looked better. Highly recommend you go see Megs and change your skin today.

All these people do is want to make you feel as bad about yourself as possible by telling you over and over again what's wrong with your skin, even pointing out several new things wrong with you that you didnt even want advice about, until you feel so bad about yourself you're in tears... But when it comes down to asking for a treatment plan/course of action, every staff member has a different opinion, they dont give you any kind of hope or reassurance in fixing the issue you came to them with even though loads of their advertising claims to fix just that! They run late, they charge you for treatments that do absolutely nothing and cost too much for what they are ie their face 'peel'. Flog a heap of products on you, that again, are really average, didnt help, and cost too much. Just an all round utter disappointment and upset I wish I never went to see skindeep.

I booked a package for laser hair removal with Skindeep and after just one session I ve gone from shaving my legs every second day to once a week! And I still have four session to go! I m still in shock on how effective and totally painless the treatment is. Should have done it years ago.

At Skin Deep Mullaloo, I saw the amazing Sharon for a facial treatment. My skin was dull and felt like it needed a "really good scrub". Sharon suggested a Microdermabrasion treatment followed by the Omnilux light therapy.

The results were AMAZING. You could visibly see the difference straight away.

Since having the treatment I haven't wanted to put any make up on my face for fear of loosing the beautiful glow I have!!! My skin feels clean, its glowing and youthful looking.

The microdermabrasion treatment itself felt like a little vacuum over my skin. It didn't hurt at all. The skin afterwards just felt a little warm to touch. The Omnilux light therapy just added that extra layer of amazing!!!

I would definitely recommend this treatment if you have skin that needs a little love and it will bring it back to life.
