Great day out with the kids, interactive experience being able to feed some of the animals. Ticket price very expensive but you do get a free return ticket for everyone in your party so makes it totally worth it.

Great family day out. Social distancing is clearly marked (although we found a lot of other guests ignored it) and plenty of hand sanitiser around the park. Love the fact the theme park is open until 7:30pm as it meant we weren't rushing about in the day. The safari was very busy when we arrived so we waited until around 4pm when it was much quieter. We were then able to return to the theme park after the safari. Kids loved it and plenty for everyone. Lots of food and snacks available throughout the park.

Definitely one of my favourite places!

Definitely one of my favourite places!
Always try and visit here when I pop back to see the parents.
Wonderful safari park, very open with a large variety of animals. I've had visits where the lions and tigers walk right next to your car.
The giraffes are my favourite, they'll stick their heads right in your car if you have food for them (I'd strongly recommend buying a few boxes of food pellets with your tickets).
Easy to drive around, you can pull to one side to let others past and watch the animals as long as you like.
Once you've driven round you need to park and do the walk round bit (there's more than just kids rids there). Don't forget to walk right to the end to find the lemurs and meerkats.
They've now got a lorikeet enclosure where they'll fly down and lick nectar from a pot in your hand.

Did the meet santa here and also the safari was really enjoyable safari tour lasted an hour and a half. Tickets included free photo with santa and toy. Also free hot chocolate and mince pie each. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Sea lion show was a delight. Will definitely go back and take the safari tour in summer.

I absolutely love it here, especially the santa event. Its so well done and the kids presents are great. The animals always look well cared for and healthy. We also attended a party at Spring Grove house and it was absolutely beautiful there, the food was great, bar prices reasonable and staff friendly and helpful. Totally deserves 5 stars

We had a fantastic family day out on a Sunday. It was great to see the animals out enjoying the sun. We even fed a giraffe! Inside the park we had lots of fun on the rides and my 2 year old enjoyed the Boj play park. Quite expensive to get in but we will make use of the free return ticket in the next 6 months.

If you wish to catch Covid-19, then visit here. Awful organisation and the management's attitude to my families concerns about poor social distancing and lack of face coverings in indoor areas was abysmal. Avoid!

We,as a family of four with a friend and her daughter had a really great day out.loved all the animals and managed to see all of the animals!!!.
Didn't eat in the restuarant but my two daughters had cheesy chips from one of the food stalls and my wife thought they were a bit on the pricey side but its par for the course at most of these type of places!.
There was plenty to do and see here!
Would definately recommend West Midland Safari Park.

Absolutely amazing day out for all ages! 100% would visit again!

The safari Park itself has multiple options, you can go in your own car (cheapest) or with one of their 'vip' tours. I'd highly recommend taking their tour, you skip all of the traffic that private cars have to sit in, the guide will drive closer (but still a sensible distance) to many of the animals, and can point out lots of interesting and cool facts you'd otherwise miss.

It also has a bit of a 'theme' Park - which is definitely aimed at children... Not much here for adults. Unfortunately the petting zoo seems to be closed for the time being also.

Had a brilliant time at WMS Park, great to see that they are still developing and improving it every time we go. This time a new Ice Age section.
It can seem a little expensive but remember you get a free return visit so it's actually a bargain!

Absolutely lovely, friendly, genuinely concerned staff at this park. Fantastic service with a smile. All willing to go that extra mile to help. I will most definitely return, i will very highly recommend. Thank you to ALL the wonderful staff for helping me find my wife's lost wedding ring. Thank you so much.

Great place for a day out. The safari is pretty engaging and the animals seem in good health and well cared for.

The areas inside th Park are also really good, and they continue to improve year on year. The new dinosaur exhibit is really engaging and well put together. The lemur walk through is also a highlight for our family.

The food in the cafes is of decent quality and reasonably priced given the captive audience.
