Lovely park; absolutely huge! Great selection of animals to see and definitely recommend doing the mini bus tour with the ranger. Skips all the traffic queues going around the park bumper to bumper, plus goes off road and directly up to the animals, which the cars can't do. We hand fed the giraffes and lots more plus had a great commentary. Plenty for the children to do; ideally could do with a return visit x

Great fun for a family day out. Although a bit on the expensive side it is definitely worth it. After seeing and feeding all the animals close up you can go to the theme park and go on a variety of fun rides.

Lots of different animals to see, but rather too many types of deer/antelope/eland etc. And it can be very difficult to proceed if you have seen enough of something and cars in front are unnecessarily blocking the way by letting their toddler steer their car, by stopping in the middle of the road or by doubling up. When it gets busy it can be a bit tedious.

Can get very busy - especially around the giraffes. I love the fact that you can feed a variety of animals from the comfort of your car. Giraffes were my favourite! Big place with a foot safari and some rides (which you need to pay for a wristband to access) friendly staff and fairly good value food compared to other similar attractions

This is one of my favourite wildlife places. I love that certain animals can be fed through the car window with purchased animal food from the entrance. Theres so much to do outside of the car too once parked, animal enclosures, fairground rides and eateries - I strongly recommend the Burger Co as it's especially nice, quick food, very tasty and caters for all. Great day all round for all ages. If your children like Dinosaurs, theres a walk through area with dinosaurs with smoke and lighting effects. The Lorikeet Landings is highly recommended too and well worth it if they are selling pots of Nectar at your time of visit and you don't mind birds landing on you.

Brilliant day out with healthy, well cared for animals and plenty of photo opportunities. Honestly the only disappointing part was the human element- we witnessed littering from vehicles whilst inside enclosures, blaring music and car horns in the waiting queue to 'wake' sleeping cats and tonnes of feeding incorrect animals just to lure them towards cars. Obviously staff can't be everywhere at once but it was sad to see how little respect some people have for these creatures.

Great day out for the family! The safari is lots of fun with plenty of animals to see, takes about 2 hours to drive around. The walk through exhibits are great, especially the dinosaur and ice age section; excellent addition to the park. The rides are a lot of fun too!

If I said it was bad I'd be lion to ya,

The drive round is awesome but its penguin side as well,

The chameleon didn't do much really showed it's true colours,

The dhols were all sat in a puddle real reservoir of dogs,

And Rhino you won't believe me but it's a great day out.

Just a few photos as a teaser but 100% go. Tis sick

The safari ride is great in general. Obviously you can't control whether the more shy creatures (big cats/wolves) will show up but the wardens to at least try and coax them respectfully if the opportunity arrises.

The remaining park where the theme park and other attractions resides is well thought out with wait times minimal compared to a traditional theme park.

They're strict on ride heights but thankfully the height limit for each ride is well signposted and there's a good mix of rides to cater for different heights.

Not experienced food but for us it was better to visit the Tesco Xpress 10 minutes away (on route) and eat during the safari before going into the separate park.

Excellent day out for the family, the safari is really good and lots to look at afterwards as well. The only downside is that all of the rides cost extra and are not cheap (otherwise would give 5 stars).

Brilliant day out with the kids, book tickets in advance and it's well worth it. Safari was excellent, the rides kept the kids and adults entertained alike, queues for the rides were very short, plenty of food options but nothing halal and free parking. Looking forward to going back soon.

Kept getting shooed along by staff throughout the safari even before you had chance to really see anything. Quite disappointing at times as the road was lower than the landscape and with the lions hiding against the back wall in a dip people in a standard car couldnt see anything. Spent an age driving through enclosures with nothing to see.

A very busy school holiday visit. However the animals made the trip. They were very close to the cars. Although other people in their cars can be thoughtless as no set lane system like longleat to drive around moving traffic along freely. This did annoy my clutch foot but not my mood.
The amusement park was staffed well and very happy staff, park looked amazing for the Halloween half term. Great activity for children to get involved in.
In my opinion more of an amusement park for over 8s to mid teens. Yet not unpleasant. Food prices, I will never complain about food prices in animal parks as the profit goes to the high costs for upkeep and health of these amazing animals. Yet I will state for what we recieved in terms of large portion size and refillable soft drinks, they are a little lower priced than the likes of ZSL. A real credit to thinking about their customers needs. (I wouldn't mind paying a little more).
Overall my wife enjoyed her visit my 4 year old loved his visit, I loved my visit. Would visit again! Plus the free gift for each paying attendee of you do not take up the free revist was a welcomed bonus.
One happy customer
