Richard and Nikita made me feel so comfortable. It s very clean and well organized. The staff is great from the time you walk in to the time you walk out !

The one-start rating is for the ER. My mother has been to the ER several times in the last 2 years. There are a few good nurses, however, there are some HORRIBLE nurses that need to be removed. What makes this worse is the lack of cell phone service and ability for family to stay in the ER with loved ones. This opens the opportunity for nurses to abuse and mistreat patients. Even if other nurses or doctors witness or hear of the mistreatment, no one is willing to address it. Going forward, I will either send my mother to a different hospital or sue when she is mistreated again. I am tired of it and there is no excuse. We have been to other floors for multiple days and everyone was so nice. **BEWARE LEAVING YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS ALONE IN THE ER!!**

My granny was in the CCU for almost a week before she passed peacefully upstairs on the hospice floor. The new night nurse Patrice is the image of what every nurse should strive for. While being very intelligent in her field she knew the heartache I was going through. She got off shift and cried with me for 20 minutes by my grandmother s bedside. She was not only what my granny needed at that time but she was more than what I needed and I truly appreciate that. The doctors and respiratory therapists were also amazing during her stay, they all treated us like family

I was a little nervous going into this experience but everyone here is super nice! Each person you talk to is so sweet, especially Ms. Karen! The vaccine was over in a second and didn t hurt one bit.

When I called to get an appointment the process was very easy. Got setup on the Westbank location where I received both vaccinations. From the moment I walked in the staff were extremely helpful, nice and very organized. It seems crowded at times but the process moves quickly and with the 15 minute wait time after the vaccine, in and out within 30 minutes. Very well done!
Both times the person that administer the shot was very nice and talked through the whole process and made me feel comfortable.

Nurse Kelly was so sweet and amazing! She gave me my shot and it felt painless. She explained everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable for this P Fizer vaccination. Ms Karen was especially wonderful with keeping me and my sister informed and cheerful before and after the shot. Ms Brandy handled our registration, she was quick and gave us a good laugh to brighten the day. Everyone was truly an angel

Every single time my fine or anyone in my family is sent to this hospital it s a horrible experience today my mother went and I m just fed up the staff is horrible and unprofessional my mother was taken to the hospital found out she was sick not due to COVID but pneumonia and bronchitis and all while I m her room no doctors come to see her she asks multiple times for water and a blanket due to feeling dry and cold yet hasn t received it after being there for hours my brother ends up calling asking the hospital about my mom s condition and is told that they are working on it at the moment but it was a lie my mom could hear her outside of the door saying that yet nothing has been done they send her home with antibiotics but no pain medicine and an inhaler but no asthma medicine for her machine she isn t being properly being taken care of and none of my family members ever were

If you have a real emergency I would not advise you to go here at all me and my daughter was in a car accident and I just wanted to make sure she was ok because my shoulder and lower back started to hurt. We where left sitting in a hallway for an hour and 30 minutes! I m not saying we where more important then other patients but what the point of have a pediatric side when the kids are going to have to wait just as long as the adults, and I was there for me and my daughter to be checked out and I requested for her to go first then I would be seen after. I left at that point I felt like if anything was seriously wrong she would ve been dead because no one even took my blood pressure or anything I literally am so upset rite now I really felt like we didn t matter to no one there walking back a forward, but someone was there to tell other waiting parents(that came after us) to keep the kids off the floor. They are going to have someone die in the emergency room waiting to be seen one day it s sad to say but I really feel like it s going to happen they just take your name and tell you sit down!

Great staff. I heard a lot of bad things about the place, the only bad thing I saw were the local residents coming into the ER. The staff look after me and kept my wife informed during my visit. They didn t mind answering her questions over the phone and were very professional in doing so. I did not experience one bad thing with the staff! Just the idiots they had to deal with and they handle those people very professional also. Great staff.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. My vaccine was administered by Tyler and he was awesome! Tammy was also helpful and informative. My first experience was excellent. I will return to the same location for the 2nd dosage in 21 days. I recommend doing it here if you re planning to be vaccinated.
