Great courier service always willing to go the extra mile

Our regular driver constantly goes above and beyond. Best courier we have ever dealt with by leaps and bounds.

If you need good and best courier services and if you have something urgent delivery, Please never used this West Direct!! Poor service!

"WoW, worst shipping company ever. They take way too long to delivery, and they have the WORST customer service.

I'm kinda upset that the fact WestDirect put blame on AuroraMJ for my PRESCRIPTION that I woke up at 4am to order on friday so I would recieved if the same day. By 8PM the deadline the same day I called WestDirect and the lady told me Auroramj never actually sent the package. Well after a painful weekend with no medication I waited.... called Auroramj and they told me WestDirect on Friday called them and told them that they halted all deliveries for the rest of Friday for some unknown circumstances...

A side note... train your employees to read the special instructions label, maybe print it a little bigger on the package since it's in tiny writing because mine says bring to backdoor, basement suite in all caps. Dont leave drugs on a main street of Edmonton on my front steps idiots.

Best delivery service out there. Rates are competitive. The customer service is outstanding, easy to deal with, and nice to talk to; Any issue with delivery they will contact the sender and they don't just leave the package by the door without authorization from the sender.

These guys have great customer service, really top notch. I have admittedly had a few issues with their service however each time they were contacted they provided quick accurate and friendly customer service. Great work, and a special thank you to Neil, who was the CSR that resolved my most recent issue.

Friendly couriers and dispatch. Always helping me with issues. Consistent and dependable. Willing to go the extra mile for customer service. Can't recommend enough.

I use west direct every day, they always manage to come through with any request we have. Often have last minute rushes and west direct has always managed to come through and deliver ( no matter if it was just one order or if it was 30 orders). If there is ever any problem they have always managed to help fix it in a very fast and efficient manner.

Many many times they have been able to deliver orders that we were in a bind to get to the client by a very specific time.

They have always been friendly and accommodating on the phone, And will continue to use them as they have given me nothing but great service

I run a very busy law firm and West Direct keeps my office on time with our real estate closings. The drivers assigned to my area are amazing and friendly and care about my deliveries. The website is easy to use and if necessary I can call in to dispatch and speak to one of the many wonderful people at the office. I would recommend West Direct to any busy office.

They've never been late or given me an issue. No packages left in a bad place, no mistakes, parcel always in great condition, if the driver needs a bit of info from me they give me a quick call and they've always been exceedingly polite. Whenever I have the choice between West Direct and Canada Post I always have and will continue to choose West Direct. I also choose them over Purolator. Same day delivery is always there same day as promised. I wish other couriers had this level of service.

This is a very reliable and cost effective shipping group. Driver's are very polite and respected, give it shout and you will see the difference.

Their customer service is slow and useless.Very very bad delivery service. Waste of time and money.
Their websites tracking system is useless. Why put a delivery date on your tracking system in the first place if you can't deliver on that particular date?

Absolutely outstanding. From the couriers to the service staff they have made my work during this difficult time much easier. The couriers are punctual and do not require any hand holding. The service staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Specific shout out to Crystal and Neil, who solve my problems before I even know they exist. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a fast and competent delivery service.

I would like extend my thanks to the driver , who always delivers to my house and I don t know his name , for his awesome customer service and ongoing care and dedication when making his deliveries. He is so courtesy and thoughtful. I don t know his name but he always takes the time to ask how I am and hopes I am well. He is very respectful and always Covid Ready and always respects the restrictions that are in place. I wish there was more people like this driver. He inspires me and reminds me that there is always something good to look forward to as being human beings. I hope the very best to him and his family. Please make sure this gets to him. He deserves to be recognized and appreciated. He is a great assets to your organization and I wish there were more people like him. Thank you

my experience as a driver was that the company kept a large amount of the gas surcharge, which the customer pays to support the driver's expenses, since we are all contractors, paying our own gas repairs etc etc. Industry standard is a surcharge of 12.5% on each order. So, not only does the company escape paying employee benefits and the social safety net contributions, they are the equivalent of a restaurant keeping the server's tips.
Feel free to ask them what percentage of your money for gas surcharge finds it's way to the driver. Perhaps they have fallen in line with other companies and now make sure the driver receives all 12.5% of it. One can only hope.

This is not the first time this happened to me. The service that I got from the pickup depot sucks, the customer service there are rude, uneducated and simply do not care about their customers...

These guys get the delivery business and it's clear why they've been the leader in Calgary for a while. Never had a more simplified and efficient process. Can't imagine using anyone else, and wonder how I got by until my friend recommended them. Keep it up!

I ve been using West Direct through Aurora for over 2yrs now and they ve always been quick, friendly and polite. I can t thank them enough for everything, it s nice to have delivery drivers who are personable and actually take the time to remember you as a client and treat you like a person.

I have a package delivered to downtown Edmonton at least weekly and west direct offers SUPERIOR service. The delivery driver is extremely friendly and I can always count on this company to be there for me for my delivery needs. I'd give less than one star if I could. Courier was rather rude when buzzed in to my building. He arrived at my door, knocked once and literally just dropped my package on my doorstep without waiting for me to open the door. My package contained very sensitive and expensive electronics and was marked as "Fragile". The fact that he just dropped it on the ground and left it there shows a lack of regard for the property of others and the importance of doing his job properly. Don't use this company!

Excellent Customer Service! They ve Always Answered Their Phone, And Have Always Been Super Friendly, I Highly Recommend West Direct.

It s Snowing Something Crazy Right Now In Calgary. I Phoned West Direct And Asked If They Were Going ago Be Able To Deliver My Medicinal Cannabis Today. They Said Because Of The Weather And The Roads That It ll Have To Wait Until Tomorrow. After Explaining To Them That I Have Epilepsy And That The Cannabis Help Control It. I Was Put On Hold For 2 Minutes And The Man Came Back And Said Because Of The Circumstances, They Would Deliver My Medicine Right Away. 15 Minutes Later They We re Here With My Medicine! If West Direct Had Not Gone Above And Beyond For Me, I Could Have Had A Seizure And My Day Could Have Been A Lot Worse. I Can t Say Thank You Enough, I Will Find A Way ago Give Back To You Guys For Helping Me And Making Sure I Got My Medicine. Thank You Thank You Thank You For Your Excellent Customer Service.

Every time we place an order they are at our office within minutes to pick it up. Amazing service thank you!

We have been using them for a long time. They are fine. Sometimes there is a delay but overall we will continue to use them. Only negative side is their billing amount changes depending on their schedule and timing ( similar to uber ) Few drivers very customer friendly. Nice to deal with and they wait couple of minutes without extra charge if the package is getting packed.

Worst company ever. The driver signed for my package himself then left it on my doorstep. I contacted customer help as I was on holiday and the driver told them it was left in reception . Bad Experience with West Direct!

There should be an option for 0 stars. TERRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, unbelievably incompetent people. From now on, whenever I order something online, if the delivery company is WEST DIRECT, I will 100% cancel my order. How are they still in business?! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.

I been using West Direct for about eight years now at my place of employment and I can't ask for better service. They are very prompt on the service I ask for and so friendly on the phone. The drivers are polite and ask questions if needed. I would recommend West Direct for speedy service to anyone.

Delivery person who is rude and unpleasant in every-way. Delivery and pick up guy can actually argue with you and threaten to break my doorbell. The administration doesn't take any action despite calling in and telling them.
