Some companies gives good service, but OGC has the power to enchant the client. I know Odijas for few month and since we first met He just hooked me up with his very sincere way doing business. He is also an excellent professional and has a great team at OGC.

For couple years we had our trust on Mr. Odijas Caminha of OGC ASSOCIATES P.A. to take care of our accounting. After some mistakes involving general reports and taxes's payment delayed or "made at the last minute", as well a poor service, we decided to stop our commercial agreement with them on December, 2014.

We believe that we have been received an extremely poor service from OGC ASSOCIATES P.A., as we are having couple issues with the IRS since May/2015 regarding our accounting for the years 2012 and 2014. We are very disappointed with the service provided, once we always keep our accounting up to date and never paying late, including Mr. Odijas, which usually withdraw from our checking account through automatic and direct debit. However, the service was inadequate as we keep receiving letters from the IRS trying to charge our company late fees. We believe OGC ASSOCIATES are being negligent. Not only that, seems to have been a deal between Mr. Odijas and the employees about an imaginary situation where I was stressed with the facts, therefore I having missed with respect to them (which is not true!!!), thus is not being given any kind of support or payment of the debt, even partially, to solve the errors committed by them. In my opinion they have created a way of escaping from this problem. I say more, Mr. Odijas called me and without giving me any possibility of argument, demanded rudely and harshly that I did not call them anymore, otherwise he would call the police for me... I got Mr. Odijas's posture as a kind of harassment and insult to my person.

We tried several times to contact Mr. Odijas Caminha to solve the issues, and we were directed to talk to his assistants, who might not have the knowledge due to solve them. We were told by them that they would send a letter, and everything was going to be ok. Several months has passed, and it is not ok as IRS keep sending penalties for our company. It is very unfortunate to pay for a service, which for a small corporation is a quite considerable monthly charge, to be on the safe side making sure we are doing everything correct and didn't receive the service accordingly.

That said, from my negative experience, I do not recommend professionals in the OGC Associates P.A.

Highly recommend this company. The team is competent and very responsive.

Worst experience ever! It took them 2 months to file a simple tax return and at the end they got my name wrong and were unable to guide me clearly throughout the process. When I pointed out that the tax return was filed with the wrong name they amended the tax return and charged me extra for that. The worst problem was not even the amounts charged but all the confusion with horrible communication and complete lack of organization and disregard to customer satisfaction. Will certainly NEVER work with them or recommend their services to anyone.
