The most comfortable theater in battle creek. Even serve alcohol for the adults.

I absolutely love WC7! They're ticket prices are reasonable ($6ish). If you buy tickets ahead of time you can pick your seats in the theater, from the app or their website. Plus, you can sign up to receive points and get free stuff throughout the year. The employees are very nice and quick in the concession lines. I follow them on Facebook and I enjoy their funny, goofy lil videos they post. Oh and the theater seats are AMAZING! plush, recliner seats with a mini table. Oh and they serve alcoholic drinks! Reasoning for 4 is they do NOT carry Dr. Pepper. I would totally give them 5 and shout from the roofs tops their praises if they got Dr. Pepper :)

I took my daughter there to see Captain Marvel. The day before we ordered out tickets. It was a smooth process. once we got to the theater it was just as easy to pick up our tickets we moved right in to concussions where we got a small pop corn which was way more then both of us could eat. we also got 2 small drinks. I had a free small popcorn coupon for singing up for there rewards program so the drinks only coast us about $7. I still feel that is pricey but you do get free refills. as we walked in to the theater every thing was really clean and the seats where nice and comfee. they even reclined and had little trays you could put you food and drink on. the volume during the movie was nice it was not super load when all the action was going on. Yet it was still load enough that you could hear ever word.

It's ok the price is ok the seats are ok. There are three theaters in this town and honestly I go the the other two when I want to see a movie.

Love the popcorn. The staff is kind. And love the stadium seating, that reclines. Also the isles are very spacious.

West Columbia is our favorite theater. Seating is extremely comfortable employees are very friendly the place is very clean it just makes for a totally enjoyable experience

Excellent Service, Great Concessions! Want to beat the crowds? Weekday movies are the best!!! This is the only theatre we go to. Get the frequent moviegoer card, points add up fast and free concessions are always nice!

Dislike having to pick my seat. Why is that? Not sure if I'll return. Found theater that doesn't make me choose.

Great seats, the place was packed and still provided very good service.

Prices are average. Seating is comfortable. This time when we were there they had one girl behind the counter. She was doing tickets and concessions. I don't think that was the most efficient way, esp when people need to be in the theater by a certain time. Nothing against her though, she did the best she could to keep it moving. I have also been there while they were fully staffed and waited longer. My advice, get there early so you have enough time to wait in line.

This will be the only theater I visit. They have remodeled and it is great! When you purchase your tickets you also purchase your concesession items so it is just one line instead of two. The seats are amazing! It is like watching from home. They are wide and recline and have a leg rest to provide the best theater experience. No more icky seats and discomfort for 2 hours. Well done.

Theatre is great. Good prices. Really need to fix their website though, shows the first two movie showtimes and then its just a blank screen.

Not bad at all. Bring back the air hockey and foosball for people waiting.

Very clean environment, courteous staff, wonderful picture quality. Little on the pricey side and volume could go down a notch or 2.

Never experienced bad service through this theatre - the management and staff are all friendly and will personally see to problems resolved if and when they do occur.

Good popcorn, comfortable seats and nice theater. I also used the Captiview for hard-of-hearing viewers, which was giving us a little trouble at first but the manager quickly fixed it when we asked him about it, which was greatly appreciated. Will go back!

Updated the theaters nice sounds, love the recliner seats

The remodel made the theater appear more inviting. Seating is more limited now with the recliners, but worth it. The place is much cleaner than our other two loal theater choices too Great prices on tickets; not so much on the concessions. But hey, it's a business. I like Flashback Cinema and the occasional holiday ballet too. It seems there's something for everyone.

It was clean and social distancing was very well displayed overall we were just very excited to go see a movie. a little pricey even on the little kids cup I didn't expect that those should have been at least a free refill but I'm very satisfied

Love the new seats. Wouldn't hurt to turn the volume down in the theater a bit though. Lol

Friendly staff, and great prices on movies and reasonably priced concessions. All the seats are comfy recliners! We live 25 miles away from this theater and don't mind the drive at all because of the value and comfort.

It is the best BC has to offer.. although it could use a lot of renovations as it is like walking in to the 80's.
