Excellent staff who clearly love what they do. The place helped a friend make some life changes.

A family member asked us to help her find a treatment center near her and we chose Straight Walk Family Services. I made the trip up to be with her as she checked in and I'm very pleased with the decision we made. The staff was understanding and made us feel at ease. I'd recommend them to family and friends.

Kind folks, helped a cousin of mine through a rough time.

When my family began with this practice over 2 years, I was so impressed with their service, the kindness of the medical staff and the organization of the front office. Since we have returned over the last few months, it has been terrible. They have phone issues; no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. The people who answer the phones do not know how to schedule appointments and schedule useless appointments, that are then can cancel the appointment when I arrive. They do not keep posted office hours. Unless you want the run-around, find a new doctor!

Straight Walk Family Services is a great business. Chelsea has been such an amazing person to help me through a difficult time. I now feel more hopeful about my future because of the amazing services they provide.

Since Covid 19, my anxiety has been alleviated and the staff their has shown me nothing but support since this change in the world. I feel sorry for those that are not able to reach out to someone because they fear talking about their struggles will cause judgement. Straight Walk staff is very caring and I think my dr for referring me to their agency.
