Chris was excellent. He taught me safety features of our elevator, such as how to get out in the event the elevator should ever get stuck.

When I moved to Florida I didn't know who to use when my Elevator had issues so I called the company the previous owner had used. He came out charged me $225 and didn't fix the issue. When I called and said issue was not fixed he quoted me $4200 to fix issue. I called Gulfside Elevator, they came out diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem for $410. They are honest and great to deal with. I will definitely use them going forward.

I have found the staff and management to be highly knowledgeable and experienced in the elevator business. After fully researching all vendors, I have concluded Gulfside to offer the finest quality home elevator. They are reasonably priced and employ the most skilled mechanics for both installation and service. They are the only local company that offers the complete package of custom home elevators that I felt could stand behind their product. Although I did feel I deserve a discount on the second elevator they installed in my home, but came to understand it required the same amount of labor as the first. I am a satisfied client.

Chris from Gulfside Elevator came to do our annual service on Tuesday, May 2, 2019. We had been experiencing some leveling issues. Chris quickly found that one of the photocells mounted on top of the elevator cab was not working. He replaced that part. He then looked at the control box located in our garage. He found that a pressure switch needed to be replaced but he did not have that part in his truck. He returned on Wednesday, May 22 to install that new part. The elevator now runs more quietly than ever before. Chris also took the time to review with my wife and myself emergency procedures to be used in the event we were ever trapped between floors in the elevator. We have been using Taylor or Gulfside Elevator since the year 2004. Chris was the most impressive company serviceman we have ever had!

This Company was very prompt and professional. I used them in an emergency and will now use them for my regular maintenance for my elevator. They even came after regular business hours. My tech George was awesome!!! Thanks again.

Disabled, we live in a second floor Carriage home that has two condos down and two up. Gulfside put our elevator in during construction some four years ago and they have provided all the necessary maintenance since then. Whether speaking with Holly at the office or their technicians in the field (Bob) we have always found them to be very professional, competent, courteous and fair priced. These guys ARE THE BEST. I'm not kidding......THE BEST. Professional. Kind. Fun. On time. We were having trouble with our other elevator guy, so this was just a cold call......out of the blue. And, we hit the jackpot. BINGO. Even the girl manning the phones in the office is fantastic. We believe our other elevator guy was telling us things that did NOT need repaired. With this company........HONESTY goes a long way. They are HONEST and will not sell you something just to make money. These guys will be our FOREVER elevator company. AGAIN.....THEY ARE TOP NOTCH......... if i could give them a twenty star rating.....i would. CALL THEM. CALL THEM. CALL THEM.

Having been quoted $12500 to repair elevator by another company it seemed a good idea to try Gulfside who came recommended. Engineer came within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem, two days later it was up and running at a cost of $720 that s (seven twenty) Beware of these fraudsters always get more then one quote, better still go to Gulfside Thanks guys

The office staff when I call is very kind and accommodating. The ladies do the best they can to work the schedule accordingly. Problem still not resolved. Service tech has been back several times, cannot seem to align the same height of both floors.

Gulfside Elevator was awesome. After inspection, Chris Macri oiled all squeaky parts so noise was gone and replaced fading battery with a new one. He also offered tips on how to open elevator door if it accidentally gets locked and/or stuck between floors. We sincerely appreciated the outstanding customer service provided by Debbie and Jessie in the office and the expertise, super knowledge and great service provided by their mechanic, Chris.

Gulfside was super responsive when my elevator stopped working properly. We have some mobility issues so the elevator is very important to us! I called at 8:00 AM and they were here by 10:00! Chris has been here for routine service over the 8 years we ve owned this place and is always personable, thorough, technically competent and efficient! He took the time to call for further technical information and saved us a potentially huge repair bill by doing so!
