I travelled all the way from Lincoln and to my delight my new car was as described. Everyone at Wessex was very friendly offering me a coffee as I arrived. I have to say a special thank you to Dave. He made me feel like a valued customer and for that I am truly grateful.
I bought a Mazda CX-5 boot liner from Wessex. Good price and genuine product. Problem was Parcelforce managed to lose the parcel. I contacted Wessex and they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost to myself. Dewi from Wessex kept me updated regularly and was very apologetic even although this was Parcelforce to blame. The liner arrived today and is just what I wanted. Good company and very responsive to the problem with the carrier. Well done Dewi.

Sold a trick; turned out the car I purchased had an impacted brake disc and neither the garage nor Nissan Customer Services had the honesty or decency to own the issue, hiding behind t's & c's to make me go away. Do not trust these people - they do not check the cars they sell, nor own any subsequent issues. Nissan's Approved Used is also utterly worthless; their terms prevent liability for any likely issue.
I havent had to buy a car in years and was nervous at the thought, but the staff at Wessex were very helpful to me and my husband. And helped us find the perfect car. Dave had made the experience easy for us. And we are extremely happy with our car and the service we received.

I put a deposit on a used car. Unfortunately I was unable to proceed with the purchase. I then spent the next 2 weeks ringing every day trying to get my deposit back. Avoid at all costs.

The reason for a 4 is I'm not keen on the amount of time it takes to full in the paperwork and to then go through it all. I understand it is a necessity, I just don't like it
I called Wessex 15 mins ago to ask for the parts department. A guy called Nick answered and said to wait for him to connect me with parts. I've been waiting for 14 (fourteen) mins and I probably I was could be still on hold if I didn't hang up. Nobody answered. While I was on hold I heard "nice" promo messages to tell me how they are working hard to improve customer satisfaction and how satisfied are 9 of 10 customers with their services. After hang up I called again and Nick said he is not working in parts. No apologise, no sorry, nothing. Paramount customer satisfaction, isn't it? Nevertheless to say I will never ever call or visit any W'sex dealer or even a Nissan one. Happy customers, guys!

Yes I can vouch for the other review on here. They will not haggle or budge on their prices or trade in values at all, so if you are looking for a good deal take my advice and do as we did and walk away and look elsewhere.
It s been a pleasure dealing with Dominic and helping come to an agreement that suited me to get the car I wanted. He explained everything to me and my parents so we understood it and overall a great salesman. Also helping me to get the car within 3 days of me initially going in to test drive one. 100% recommend Dominic.
Driving through Bristol on route to London before heading to Germany, and noticed rear brakes grinding. Rang Wessex on the Saturday morning who fitted us in, diagnosed the problem (rear brake pads) and made the repair by 1330 the same day ! Thanks to Stacey and the Wessex team for looking after us(and the dog) so well - and averting what could have been a real drama. Brilliant service, strongly recommended - will definitely use again !

Had to return my Motability Nissan X trail after 2 years. Only for health reasons as car was superb in every respect. Was dealt with by anneeli (sorry for spelling) who was extremely warm, professional and friendly. She helped get my wheelchair out of the car and couldnt do enough for me. She was very helpful and really seemed to enjoy her job. Thank you
I bought a car and couldn't fault how the sale went. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the car ready on time for collection. Unfortunately, the aftersales was a bit of a let down. I tried contacting the dealership twice with a query and never got a response so gave up and contacted another dealership who resolved the query straight away.
