Great place! :) Strange to pay an extra-fee for anticipating check-in or for a cappuccio at breakfast, but we have to give a positive feedback anyway

Stayed here in June on a Monday night. We paid for a deluxe double room or master room whatever they call it. It was a box room with two single mattresses pushed together and a barely moveable bathroom. They were very unhelpful when we complained. We also left goods in the room and called up to see if they had recovered them, they never got back to us at all. 2 weeks later when I called again, they had found it and asked for us to pay for postage, which is fair enough. But considering the extremely poor experience it just added to me writing this review. Would not recommend to anyone

Clean and tidy hotel, friendly staff. The mattress was a bit too soft for me and the rooms are quite small, but I guess that's typical for London. Only 2 minutes walking to the Euston train and tube station of which you have very good connections. Free wifi is a plus, coverage was quite good. Small rooms unfortunately have no minibar.

I stayed at Wesley before, this was my second stay. I had a very heavy luggage so in n out it was a struggle climbing hose 5 steps . Staff at reception was nice and friendly, they even waived my lateeee checkout . Room was ok except the phone wasn't working and bit noisy being on road side . A mini freeze would be useful in one of those rare heat waves

Great service and location, just walk around 3 minutes from Euston station, Melton street exit. The room is clean, and has adjustable heater/air conditioner. There are two things that need to be aware. First, the lv that show inside and outside is a bit different like if outside is G floor you need to press 1 but the other floor is fine. Second, I felt like this area is a bit quiet at night so there will be some ppl around the Sainsbury's at Melton street exit or the beginning of the ally but not many ppl walk inside the Euston street. Oh one last thing, there is a few steps to the reception but if your luggage is heavy, I think you can ask the staff there how to use the accessible area to lift your stuffs up.

The Wesley is just a few minutes' walk from Euston Station on a quiet side street, not a super-chic area but very convenient. The hotel is smart, clean, well appointed and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our room was a little on the small side, but was extremely clean and decorated in a modern, tasteful style. The air conditioning instructions did not match the controls but it worked well and we had a comfortable night's sleep despite the 30+ degrees on the days were were in London. We had two light meals in the air-conditioned Savanah Bar (a real bonus in such hot weather). The food was tasty, appetisingly presented and served promptly. Breakfast - good value - was included and was served in the light and airy restaurant. The was a wide choice of hot and cold dishes, again tasty, well-presented and served promptly.

Half of the staff was super kind and inviting, the other half, not so much. The rooms were very tiny, but clean and comfortable for the most part. This was my first visit to the UK, and from what I gather, the boutique hotels there are mostly small like this. Pricing was ok, and complimentary breakfast was always hot, fresh, and plentiful.

A disappointing stay for us. Overall we found the hotel a little scruffy and stingy. From only one hot chocolate per double room per night, not enough hangers, only one tea bag per person per day, to a cheap foyer, nasty passageways to our room, only one thin coat of paint on the bathroom woodwork, then having to sidestep corridors strewn with cleaners equipment. One more. What is that bright green LED permanently on for. If it's for fire safety. Have it activate with the alarm. On the plus side, the aircon was efficient, we were upgraded to the next room size, the staff were good and the concierge very useful.

Attended a market research panel here Mar 19. Hotel is on a quiet side street behind Euston Sq. It's far from lux - common areas were tired and need of refurb. Conference room was in basement with no natural light and poor air con. Meh.

The Wesley has undergone some remodeling, and we had some issues with the room and hotel that may be due to the remodel. The lavatory did not have a rod to push/pull to let the water out of the sink so it was tricky to put in my contacts. We informed the front desk, and nothing was changed during our stay. The Air Conditioner didn't work. We informed the management and were told by a maintenance engineer that the AC was broken on our entire floor. It was not corrected during our stay. We had to open the window, and there's a popular pub across the street so there was quite a lot of street noise. There is a loose tile in the entry way of the lobby and after tripping on it and informing both the management and the maintenance engineer, nothing was done during our stay. We were unable to get hot water out of the lavatory faucet, but the shower worked perfectly. I had to boil water in the supplied induction water heater in order to shave. The TV was essentially unwatchable (it's very small and you don't really want to watch it in bed) because the picture was breaking up and "blocky" on more than half the channels. We informed management and the engineer, and this was not corrected during our stay. The floors squeaked and I feel sorry for the people below. We tried to walk about as little as possible. The bottom of the induction water heater was grimy and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was no note paper or pen supplied in the room. There were no phone instructions so I couldn't call room-to-room (BTW you dial a "2" then the room number) until after I contacted the front desk. I still have no idea how to get an outside line. They do supply a wonderful breakfast, and everything in our two rooms is new or newer in August 2015. But I think next time I'll pick a reputable chain.
