Terrible service in Central and East London. Half the time the network is down and the router needs constant re setting. Only thing good about Relish is the ease of ordering, delivery and set up of the service (all within 24 to 48 hours) but after that a nightmare.

We chose to try Relish as our BT line was broken. The onboarding was just fine and everything came quite quickly. However, when we decided to return the hub and cancel our contract five days later because our BT line was fixed and we could get excellent speeds it has been like pulling teeth.

I called to cancel on the Saturday, However I didn't get a confirmation email (given I had 12 during the onboarding this seemed strange) the return pack didn't come on the Tuesday, so on Thursday I had to call back.
Returned the package next day delivery and after ten days no contact from them so had to call back. Promised refund within 5-10 days, it's now been nearly a month. I have to call back again. Christ.

It isn't on the consumer to handle your offboarding.
You've lost a return customer and many referrals given a lot of our friends are renters or SME owners.

Just...no. I do not recommend using Relish unless you are a masochist and like to do their work for them.

Appallingly unreliable internet. Having lived with Relish broadband for 5 months I am leaving the service. Really wanted to give it a fair chance but at the end of the day it s become a daily inconvienience. Internet is usually perfect during the middle of the day but between 1800 and 2300 and after lunch on weekends it is essentially unusable due to low speeds, and if more than one device is connected to the box you will sit watching web pages try to load or buffering wheels for hours.

To give an example at 0000 hrs my internet download speed is 0.48Mbps, and I live in the City of London, if it doesn t work in central London my suspicion is that it won t work anywhere.
My advice would be to avoid until their system is upgraded to cope with demand. Good concept, terrible in practice.
The most telling aspect is that in order to write this review I m having to rely on mobile 4G...

Dreadful service, our wifi have been awful (Under 1mbps for upload/download) for 4 days. After calling they said it will be another week because of work on a nearby (not ours) tower which means more users are using our tower...

A good service but all their employees and managers are foreign robots who read from scripts. Even if you ask for a supervisor you get the same droning person. Would have put a lot of business their way if I could speak to a functioning person.

If you have literally no other choice, Relish is just about ok! We're using Relish in central London (Holborn) for business broadband. Initial setup was a bit fiddly and required a call to Relish to make sure we had the router correctly positioned. We're very limited in where we can place it. Reliability has mostly been ok - but the speed has been reliably bad - especially upload.

We get roughly 4mbit download, 0.5mbit to 1mbit upload - which is really bad - especially the upload. I get speeds roughly 2-10x faster by tethering to my Vodafone phone - and that doesn't have a special router or have to be placed in a particular position!

Worst customer service ever experienced. The network quality is bad and trying to cancel my account proved to be very difficult: every time I called there was no time for their "Trouble Shooting" service and I would be called back, but I was not called back of the 3 promised times.

After ending my account finally, I transferred by accident too much money and immediately noticed this and reported this. Customer service said they could not transfer it back now but it would be in a few working days....Well, they didn't. Have to chase everything at Relish...

I've been with Relish (now Three) for over a year and previously found them quite good with a reliable service. Unfortunately this has changed drastically and now I find that I have no choice but to leave. Every evening and weekend the service is unusable. Forget streaming, the speeds are too slow to load simple web pages! I have long since given up trying to stream anything with this service. I'm posting this review from my phone as my internet is now too slow to even search for Relish. Don't bother wasting money, go for a service that you can use. Go elsewhere.

Peak-time download speeds are now often between 1 and 5 mbps for London users. After a lot of time spent liaising with them, they finally, after a lot of prompting and asking for honesty, admitted what I had suggested was obvious all along; they have too many customers for the bandwidth / infrastructure available. They've taken on more custom but not kept the service provision at a required level - that's corrupt business practice. Anyone who sees "average speed 35 mpbs" will understand that peak speeds will be much less, but they do not expect - in 2019 - speeds often too low to stream content.

People such as myself have been duped by this, getting rid of our landlines and now ending up in a difficult situation. After further prompting they admitted they have no plans to upgrade the service.

I'm approaching media, and regulatory bodies, to inform of this, and to warn people not to be fooled.

Terrible - get me out of here. Am in South London and usually have to swap to my mobile provider as the link with Relish is so poor. As for watching iPlayer and Netflix have to constantly reboot and often turn off because am fed up with the little twirly circle on the screen and nothing else. Have a 12 month contract and can t wait to get out of it.

I've seen the Relish Boroadband ads for years on the tube and it can potentially be a great product. Having just moved into a new office in Wandsworth Town (central London Zone 2) we need internet fast- so I went on the site and tried to sign up. They don't cover our area, which considering we are in central London on a business estate (and they have been operating for years) was surprising and also frustrating. If you can't execute a service, don't bother doing above the line advertising.

I've recommenced Relish to a number of my clients who have issues in Central London locations where due to local planning authorities & BT OpenReach, Internet access can be absolutely abysmal.

Both as a primary internet service and as a backup / failover the Relish service works very well.

As other reviewers mentioned positioning is sometimes an issue - as with any wireless service, reduced signal strength is going to provide a slower data connection, this however is an environmental factor that is obviously out of the ISP control (if you have a basement office and need 4G signal boosters for your mobiles, obviously - expect issues)

My only real problem has been the lock-out of certain advanced settings in the routers admin section - for one client, updating the MTU (a simple change to make) required multiple calls to support staff, who insisted the changes could only be made by them ... which took longer than I would have liked)

Actually - wait, one issue ...the service catchment area should be expanded just a little bit further east please! I want Relish at my business premises :'(

But otherwise - one of the best service providers small businesses or home users can make use of when faced with internet connection woes.

Keep up the good work!
