Hands down, best service you could ask for. I am so thankful to have met Joseph (Joe) Cirillo when I was a first time buyer, and am still lucky to be able to have him help me every time I come into Wesley Chapel Toyota. Recently purchased my third car from him and the patience, customer relationship, and the service he provides is phenomenal. Excellent staff, able to negotiate a good deal and take time as I need to. The sales person I had been talking to my phone never was introduced to me. I ended up with the guy I did not know but he was very respectful . Overall it was a good experience and I would do it again

Amazing! My husband Anthony McDaniels and I bought a corolla there last year. Ours salesman Harry said if we made all of our payments on time for a year he would help us get into a camry this time. Sure enough he was a man of his word. We came back in one year later and now we have our brand new camry! Thank you Harry and Wesley Chapel Toyota for being an honest dealership that actually tries to help people out. They do a lot of charity work too, go buy your cars from here if you need one and be sure to ask for Harry.

Car buying made simple. This is our second purchase from this family of dealerships, our first was from Tampa Honda a few years ago. The van we had purchased then had gotten old and was starting to have problems so we went in to see what was available. We were very well taken care of and didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want. I don't want to go anywhere else to buy a car, this family of dealerships has changed my opinion on dealerships, it is always a wonderful experience. I want to send a big thank you to Vincent Haley who was our salesperson, he made us feel so good about the whole process.

Our family needed two vehicles and needed to stay within a certain budget. We also needed to get the maximum value for our trade in. Our sales rep was Kiva Santiago. Working with Kiva we were able to get two nice vehicles, get the options that we were looking for, got a good value for our trade in and stay within our cost budget. The manager was also nice to work with to help us stay with our budget and drive away with a decently equipped vehicles.

I bought my Tacoma 2017 on 08/30/2017. I will give Five starts to my salesperson Marcelino and the finance guy. My experience become bad when I notice something was wrong with the fender and the headliner (Headliner after the purchase) the same day I purchased it. It took a few months to figure out how this going to be fix. First, I live 124 miles round trip from the dealer. I did not have any problem to come back for the repairs, but came back for taking pictures a three times its rough. I have to said that my communication was with Frank the Sales manager and Joe in service. After thinking these men, Frank forget me I send a few emails and finally they tried to set up a fixing day that will cost me increase in my insurance because the rental car they offered needed bodily injury that my policy does not have plus gas.After making to the dealer, I left very disappointed with Frank and Joe because things does not work as promise.Another 124 miles for nothing. I talked to Joe Barba the GM, after telling Joe I will do it. Joe in service gave me Joe Barba phone and told me that I can say what I want he will said what he wants. Very disrespectful.The GM offered to pay for a rental from Enterprise, but was not enough to alleviate how disappointed I feel. I got blame because Frank said I do not respond to calls, I may not respond to some due to the fact that I work 12 hours shifts. The disappointed get worse when I finally have my fender fix with Toyota warranty in another reputable Toyota dealer in two hours or less. Were no need to leave a car 5 to 7 days to be fix in an outside shop. The fender were fix in the same service area with no issues. I send these review because I think my mistake was not having a written paper were talk about my issue. I don't want other people to have these same issues and not having a written paper on hand. Any issues people need to ensure that they have a written statement instead a word statement. Word statement does not work for the people in these dealer.I bought these 40k truck and people look at these issue and ask me what wrong with the fender. I hope others don't have bad experience like me. If you buy something and you see any issues get a written statement where states that the issue will be fix. Without it they are very irresponsible.

I was very disappointed with this recent visit. Due to Covid-19 crisis, you expect more from their employees and clients but no. There was no social distancing what so ever, the majority of the employees had no masks as well as the clients. It was proven that the dealership does not care about the clients well being. I have medical conditions as well as my husband and son. We went there because we had no choice and because we expected more. I'm completely dissatisfied. If you're going to make me wait two hours for my service to be completed,the least that you could do is mantain social distancing and require masks. Or have accomodations outside of the dealership if you can't do it inside. Covid-19 is a pandemic and it's still among us. They should do better.

Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful and gives me great anxiety. When I arrived at Wesley Chapel Toyota I went inside and straight to the counter. I was greeted by John (Stoney) and he was fantastic! He made me feel so comfortable and not once did I have the anxiety I normally have. He answered all my questions and was a wealth of knowledge. When I went into the finance office I worked with Jeff. Jeff is amazing! He went through everything with me and he made sure I understood everything. It was the best experience I have ever had in a finance office. Thank you John and Jeff for making my car purchase so amazing!

Service department - Marc Jacula helped us twice. The first time I was taking it in for a checkup on tires and oil change because I was going to another state. Unexpected things happen, but he was very helpful. He informed us right away and worked so hard to find the part we needed . He went above and beyond to get our car service done before the time we needed to leave. Second time he did just as awesome. I can finally say there is a place I trust to take my van to get fix.

after a bad buying experience at another dealer I decided to give my service needs to Wesley chapel Toyota. (Note I live over an hour away) the service team was always great and treated me awesome so that extra drive was worth it. I would normally give 5 stars but lately I ve been doing my own maintenance on my car. One day I decided to rotate my tires after I changed oil. Come to find out one of my lug nuts we re pretty banged up where I couldn t get a tool on there to remove it. Wesley chapel is the only dealer that has serviced my car since new so I knew where the damage came from. I thought Id call them up hoping they could resolve the issue and possibly fix my problem. I was told that there is nothing they could do, that I had to prove it occurred in their shop, I would of thought if someone did damage they would let me know and offer to fix their mistake but I didn t find out until I tried to rotate my own tires so now I m stuck trying to get a damaged lug Nut off. Will continue to service my own car, will not be returning to this shop.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change with no appointment and was given phenomenal service from beginning to end. As soon as I drove to the service lot, I was greeted by Kelly with service. He was able to get my car right in assuring me it was no problem at all that I did not have an appointment. He gave me an expected wait time - which came out to be exact and made sure there was nothing else I needed before I left. Definitely recommending Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced and especially going to recommend Kelly for his outstanding service that he provided!

I had always heard great things about Wesley Chapel Toyota, but last week I got to experience it first hand. Last Friday I decided to go look at cars. Walter was very patient, kind, and not the typical pushy salesperson you tend to expect at dealships. The next day I decided to purchase the vehicle that had caught my eye. Everyone that works there is so helpful and pleasant. It went smooth, and was stress free. Let me tell you about their delicious cookies they have there...SO DELICIOUS! If I could give 10 stars for overall experience, I would.

I had an appointment with the local Ford dealer ye...

I had an appointment with the local Ford dealer yet when I got there I found out it would take several hours for them to even look at my car to find out if it was an easy fix.

Frustrated, I left and as I was heading south I thought I would just pop into Wesley Chapel Toyota to see if by chance they would look at my Ford Edge.

I was met in the service lane by John V. Scott. He very politely explained what a couple easy fixes might be, about how long it might take and how much it could cost.

I had a seat in the waiting area and in less than an hour I got a text informing me that my car was ready. Turns out the oil filter installed by the Ford dealer in June was coming loose causing oil to leak.

So it cost me $42 to fix what should have been fixed for free at the Ford dealer. A small price to pay to learn that I should be staying out of the Park's. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota.

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Jack Peck was our sales man and he facilitated all of our needs. He was very prompt and courteous and answered all of our questions. This was by far the best buying experience ever! I was there under 3 hours and drove out in my brand new car which was exactly what I wanted and at exactly the payment I needed.

The sales associate Hector was amazing and straight forward! A lot of time you go to a dealership and there is a lot of time involved or a lot of verbal fluff. This wasn't the case with him. He was a good communicator and straight down to business and I greatly respect that. He got me exactly what I wanted and made the process fast and easy.

What a pleasant surprise!

What a pleasant surprise!
I needed to trade my high mileage Land Rover for something that did not cost a fortune every time it went in for repair.
Searching on the internet, I found 3 makes and models that appeared to meet my needs. I visited a ** dealership and was given the pressure and mind games that I have come to expect. I left, disheartened.
Next on my list was a Toyota Tacoma so I visited Wesley Chapel Toyota.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
The salesman, Dan Clemente, treated me like family and was either the best actor in the world or sincerely cared about finding the vehicle that fit my needs and my dreams.. I am sure that it was the latter
After viewing several vehicle Dan was still patient and his demeanor did not change one iota. He was obviously listening to my likes and dislikes as we viewed vehicles because he said, I think I know the one that you will happy with. He took me to a Tacoma that I instantly knew was THE ONE.
It was slightly above my budget but Dan said, let's see what we can do.
I though oh-oh, here we go -now is the time we go back and forth presenting the sales manager with offers and returning with counter offers until I am incrementally moved up to the best deal to the dealership.
Far from it!
Dan was able to get me a higher trade in price than that offered by the ** dealer and payments that fit my original budget.
This was all done in a relaxed and friendly manner and Dan, Mike, the sales Manager and David, the business manager all treated me like I was the only customer. ( I obviously was not as that is the busiest dealership I have been in and for good reason)
I drove home in my dream truck, gained friends and joined a family.
Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota, your people, your facility, the huge inventory of choices and, most importantly your business ethics and support to the community are second to none.

GO SEE JACK PECK!!!!!! I was flying blind when I walked into the dealership. I had no idea what I wanted or even how to go about purchasing a new vehicle. I was uncertain of what to look for and did not know what made a car reliable. I was referred to Jack Peck, and I can now see why. Jack was truly remarkable and exceptionally helpful. He was patient with me when I was looking at the different vehicles, and eager to take me out on test drives with which ever one I picked. I started to feel bad having Jack walk back inside the dealership to grab a set of keys for each test drive, but Jack never complained and was eager to help me in making a decision, no matter how long it took me to make one. Jack is incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and was always straight with me.......This is literally the first review I've ever written for any kind of service, and the fact that I'm doing this speaks for itself. Jack will never steer you wrong, and you will not regret your decision of having him help you.

From B.K. Bergmann to Steve Barranco. This gentleman is by far the best sales man I have dealt with in probably my lifetime Ive bought 3 vehicles from other Toyota dealerships in the last year and this one my family's 4th was for my Parents and the treatment we got from Steve was great. No typical car sales treatment at all, really true customer service. I'm not just saying that. I know because I have dealt with a lot of sales men and Steven was by far the best at what he does.

I was told that I could get a loaner car for an oil change by the receptionist. This information was incorrect and I understand it happens. The first female service advisor looked at me like I was crazy because I relayed the information I was told. When I took my car in on Sunday the new service advisor was great JON! The only other thing is that my car was not washed which I thought was apart of the oil change.

They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one to post this review...
It used to be a great place, but no more...
I had an appointment for 3:30 pm, routine maintenance. I'm there at 3:20, no other customers before me - great. Fast forward to 4:45 and I start asking where is my Tacoma and why it's taking that long. The adviser tells me that they didn't even start on it yet!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous....
I will never go back and if you value your time, you might want to consider other places to service your car or truck.

My experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota was the most pleasant out of all dealerships that i had been to in the past. I had nothing but the best customer service from an employee there by the name of David Rivera. He had the patience to work with me, very helpful in helping me find a car that was within my budget. David also made sure that i was comfortable and his knowledge on the brand was outstanding. Although i did not buy this time around i will definitely be going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota to purchase my vehicle.

Wesley Chapel Toyota was a familial experience. Upon walking in we were pleasantly greated - a big difference than being hounded at other dealerships. In fact the whole experience was unlike other car buying experiences- Conversation was like that around a kitchen table and straightforward - even guiding us towards options that would best fit our personal lifestyle, where they could have easily done the typical sales pitch for the top of the line . We would always consider this dealership for their integrity and personal touch. Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota!

Our experience purchasing a 2015 Toyota Corolla for our daughter Sierra was the most fun I have had shopping for a vehicle, especially at 5:30 am on Black Friday. Our salesperson, Scott Lavancher, was waiting for us with a smile on his face! He listened to what we were looking for, took us on a test drive, explained all of the features that the Corolla had to offer. The negotiation process was clear cut and he really paid attention to us and didn't waste any of our time. Finance was just as helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We got a great deal and are very happy to give them a 5 Star rating. GO SEE SCOTT if you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and straightforward buying experience.

I am very disappointed in the service i received from your dealership. First off i am a returning customer, i bought a Toyota Tacoma their about 5 years ago all went great. So i came back for a second vehicle i found on the website that i inquired about online and spoke to a salesman about. He assured me the VooDoo Blue Toyota 4Runner was there and I could look at it as well as it was on the website.

When I arrived the sales man said it went to another store and they got a different vehicle in return for the VooDoo Toyota 4Runner.

When i said i have bad credit but i could put enough money down to get me approved, they said sorry we sold that car we never sent it to another dealership and we couldn't get you in it even if we tried because of credit.

So I was lied to two times. And turns out i found the vehicle at Toyota of Tampa Bay, and they were able to get me in the vehicle without a problem even with bad credit and money down.

Very un-professional job by both the sales manager as well as the sales guy. The plot twist for you guys is i was in the market for a total of 4 of these cars for my business. And Toyota Of Tampa Bay made it happen.

I will make sure everyone I know steers far away from your dealership.

My first car buying experience from a dealership was an absolute success thanks to Alex, Justin and Tony! Justin was very knowledgeable, patient and personable. The entire experience was so smooth that it felt like a dream. I don t plan on purchasing a vehicle from anyone nor anywhere else for the foreseeable future. I honestly can not recommend him and the staff of Wesley chapel Toyota enough!

Every person I interacted with was polite and made me feel like I was coming home. If you need someone to make it happen, Justin is the man for you!

Once again,Kyle was great. The service was completed on time. Kyle explained everything to me , he went over the service inspection and filled out my maintenance log book.I also had the chance to re-connect with Scooter which is always a nice courtesy.

If your looking for true customer service when buying a vehicle Whesley Chapel Toyota is the place. We couldn t of gotten better service from the sales team that helped us. From front door to driving off in a new car they answered every question and went out of the way to Make sure that we had the best deal that worked for us.
