Had given them 5 stars but now it's 2. My daughter bought a bracelet which broke as soosn as she put it on. Made reservation for 1030 Saturday morning to exchange it, they had times available from 10 am on.. Went in and they don't open until 11! Was told the system "allows" appt 30 mins prior to opening. Then why was 10 and 1015 available! Waste of people's time.

OlD REVIEW...My daughter likes it. They are doing the best they can with Covid restrictions. The wait time to get in can be long but they offer shopping reservations on the website and you just walk right in at your reserved time.

Just walked in to look around and the staff was very welcoming

One worker acted like she did not want to be their and was pretty rude but the other guy was every helpful and friendly

This is a great place to buy gifts for teens.
Basically just walk in, find something that slightly offends you, and you have the perfect gift.

Always has what we want. Been shopping in Hot Topic stores since the 90's.

Not fan of the customer service of any of the 4 stores I have visited. This store in particular has a management/customer service personnel that can use a little more training in how to serve their customers. I called in advance asking for a particular item, I was informed they had it. I arrived and the store was closed for lunch without a sign mentioning re-opening. Notice that on the website and the post at the door said open from 12-7. I waited for about 15 min, when 3 employees arrived with their lunch in hand one of them immediately told me to wait 10 more minutes. I did, when the employee finally opened again I asked if she could direct me to the especific item I was looking for she informed me right away that they did not carry that particular item. I left disappointed and a bit frustrated for my 30 min drive and my 25 min waiting "for lunch" waist of time.

This particular location is not big at all. But it definitely has all the must have items that may be some of the bigger locations might have. I did not feel as if the staff there were friendly but overall I was able to find a cute top and felt like I got a friendlier attitude when I was going to the register. Pricing could be better feel like the right sale would bring in a better crowd.

I love the store! It's a little bit too expensive but other than that it's pretty good. I wish that they would sell things about Haikyuu

Always great stores with great finds in clothing for every aspect you love from gaming, animation, movies, novelties etc..

This place is probably awesome if you live in a small town; if you live somewhere with access to things, it is kind of a waste of time.

The store manager made sure that we found everything we wanted, even though it involved him looking in the back.

Great place to find awesome t-shirts and tons of other pop culture items. The staff at this store is always nice and you can find some pretty awesome stuff in the clearance section.

Their clothes are really cute and they always have the most recent stuff

Visiting from Idaho I had to go in to grab some cheap plugs since mine had fallen out at the beach. The Customer service here was really bad and the plug selection was horrible and looked like they just threw them on the rack. The types and sizes were in no order and you really had to hunt to find anything. The workers were no help when asked what they had in my size. Happy I don t live here to have to deal with the sub par experience.

Always a great place for that trendy shirt, and cool accessories, was frustrated with the lack of customer service, and why do I have to come back for a promo shirt you offer that apparently only one person can authorize!!

You could spend hours looking at all the neat things in this store.

Shopping for my 16 yr old grandaughter who wears XL. They really had nothing but smaller sizes. The staff seems busy, and uninterested in assisting.

I walked into this location for the 1st time and this store is the most organized and well put together hot topic I have ever been in. I have shopped at so many hot topic stores all through California and Nevada. It is on of the smaller stores in size but the set up makes it look so big . I had the pleasure of being helped by Cameron and Nikki, they were wonderful. They told me the deals then let me shop. They checked on me to see if I had questions and were just so helpful. I have never had a bad experience in any hot topic but this location has been by far the best one that I have had the pleasure of shopping in! Keep up the great work Cameron and Nikki. I will definitely be back!

Customer service could use improvement they just walk around and stare at you rather than say hi or something.

Unfortunately, the selection in fandom/merch items has gone down, to where it's mainly just dark clothing. I believe I saw three Steven universe t-shirts, and one item ( a collectable key plush thing ) for Steven universe. Maybe it's simply just this store, or Hot Topic production has gone down.

I always love this store. The staff was nice and a great help.

Think of jack skellington in kingdom hearts with his arms out saying "welcome to hot topic " but its Halloween town

Super friendly staff. And a lot of great merchandise for fans of movies, shows, and entertainment.

All of the Hot Topic stores are awesome! However, at this location, I got an awesome shirt from here. Whenever I wear it, I get compliments from nice people saying things like, "I love your shirt!" The shirt I bought that everyone likes is my Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Magician T-shirt! I went here on Halloween with a group of friends and we all had an amazing time!! Even though it was a long drive from where we live, it was so worth it!

Hot topic is a great place to find graphic t's and pop culture items from your favorite movies and TV shows. Make sure you catch them when they are having a sale, theres always buy 1 get 1 deals! The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I wish there were more Hot topics close by!

Goth and pop culture apparel mostly for females. If that's your jam you'll probably like it

I love hot topic. I love their staff, I love their products, I love their store, and I love their sales. The staff does everything that they can to make sure that you're happy, including setting up ridiculous orders and tracking down items for you. I can't really speak to the quality of their accessories since I mostly buy clothes there, but the clothes that I have bought their I've taken good care of and they've lasted for years. Sure, it's not the Goth Haven it used to be, but it has evolved to fit in with the times and it's one of my favorite stores.

The worker lied to me to not let me return items. Then with one of the returns i did an exchange for a 45 dollar iteam for a 25 dollar iteam but then she said i owed them 3 dollars. I've had problems with this employee before but this time I'm going to call corporate. The girl after also wasnt able to return her iteam because it was a dress. She told her they couldn't return at the store and has to send it back. I know that was a straight out lie.

My son favorite place to get all his tshirts. And next month will receive a discount of $45 bucks off my next purchase. Thank you Hot Topic.

I love going to this store in specific. The crew here is always so helpful and very knowledgeable on the sales and products they have in store and in other stores if they don't have what I'm looking for. I always look forward to going to hot topic for all my fandom needs and wants.

This hot topic is struggling. Well, this whole mall is struggling. I don't think the merchandise moves much, I don't think there's enough staff to up keep with all of the little things in the store. I don't think it's the employees faults or anything, just a store in a dying mall.

Very unprofessional behavior. Called ahead about an item and said I was on my way to pick it up, she decided to sell all of them to someone else anyways. Very rude when we got to the store too.

Place can get cramped and hot but I can never knock the staff for trying to help you stay comfortable. If you are browsing, please pay attention to your kids or your surroundings, this is not the place to wander around. It is useful if you have a general idea of what you are looking for, ask questions, its soooooo much easier and the staff is tentative. Trust me, they are good.

Went last Saturday and was so impressed with the COVID response at this location that I had to write this. An employee was keeping track of the number of people in the store. I noticed he was getting a phone call but he ignored it and continued managing the line outside the store and counting those inside. Wish I got his name. Once inside the store, was impressed with cleanliness. Noticed one employee, Erika, in particular because she was very friendly and was very kind when at the cashier. As for the store itself, it is very small, so the selection is understandably limited. Store merchandise was organized and the space was very clean. Definitely look forward to coming here again at a later time.

Lots of POP! figures as well as helpful staff. It is convenient for most people that shop in the westminster mall. Once you go in, it is hard to go out. Additionally this place offers an award system.

We love going to the Hot Topic at the Westminster mall. The manager Drew is always helpful and friendly and we enjoy conversing with him..Love the great deals and it is definatly my kids and my favorite store....
