Not fan of the customer service of any of the 4 st...

Not fan of the customer service of any of the 4 stores I have visited. This store in particular has a management/customer service personnel that can use a little more training in how to serve their customers. I called in advance asking for a particular item, I was informed they had it. I arrived and the store was closed for lunch without a sign mentioning re-opening. Notice that on the website and the post at the door said open from 12-7. I waited for about 15 min, when 3 employees arrived with their lunch in hand one of them immediately told me to wait 10 more minutes. I did, when the employee finally opened again I asked if she could direct me to the especific item I was looking for she informed me right away that they did not carry that particular item. I left disappointed and a bit frustrated for my 30 min drive and my 25 min waiting "for lunch" waist of time.
