Highly recommend! The space is absolutely stunning. The service is superb.
We both got the filet, ordered medium rare, they were cooked perfectly.
Sides: we had fries and asparagus both excellent choices.
We will be back again for sure.

This restaurant is fantastic!! Attended for my sisters and her friends birthday. The service was phenomenal, the food was spectacular and the ambiance was out of this world! Definitely will be coming again and again and again. PS: Their seafood pasta is filling and tasty !!
Everything was amazing!!! From the decor to the drunken ribeye. Their service was wonderful as well. You can't go wrong with this place. My only regret is I should have came to this place sooner.
I recently went to Claudias with my boyfriend the weekend before restaurant week and was able to sample the "pre restaurant week" menu. Let me begin by saying the staff was amazing my waitress Stephanie was so helpful in making recommendations for the both of us we ate whatever she brought out. I had the steak and he had the fist my steak was super tender and cooked/seasoned to perfection. I was given three sauces to try and loved the oil based sauces with herbs. The dancers and band were great entertainment I even got up and danced with them. The management checked on us a few times and it made us feel so welcomed and with the service, food and overall experience I can't wait to go back and hope that will be consistent !! Please go and see for yourself so worth it

Full disclosure, I m a big fan. The drinks are strong and the food is on point. The bartenders are an absolute trip that ll make sure your drinks are made 2 perfection. The dining room prices Id say are good to great for the locale. However, the happy hour & bar menu prices are just absolutely amazing.
Truth is, Claudia s is considered a hidden jem to those that bust their chops on the K street corridor. I m very grateful that I can let loose and get served quality within a short period of time. All without breaking the bank. That s probably why the local K street event managers in the know, religiously make Claudia s the indefinite go to bar for Xmas, New Years, & weekly to monthly morale parties.
I find that most of the time the bar is relatively busy. However, when it isn t the bartenders are always very attentive and gracious. I guess that with all the nightclubs in the area Claudia s is a great special occasion & pregame spot.
Attended a private party. Great atmosphere. Calimari, plantains, empanada appetizers were good. Main course - Chilean sea bass presentation was great. Flavor wasn't bad, it had a huge prawn on top and that was dry. Crab cake did not taste local. Would go again and sample other menu offerings.
The drunken ribeye is to die for. My partner is a pescatarian and ordered the Mojara Frita. I loved his dish too! The place is beautiful with amazing music too!

Beautiful setup. The food and drinks were well flavored. Our server was friendly and on top of her game. Ambiance was dimly lit and extremely relaxed. Had and amazing time and will certainly return.
Had lunch here. The decor is great with black & white and crystal theme. The menu reflected a Puerto Rican flare. @RealtorNicola will come back to checkout happy hour and jazz. I will definitely keep this on my list for client meetings
I took my wife to Claudia's for her birthday. It was on a Friday which was great. Apparently every Friday and Saturday there is live jazz band performing. It was a great atmosphere and the food was great. My wife had the grilled Salmon and I had a filet Mignon. The steak came with two sauces and both were great. The drinks were kinda weak to me, I had the old fashion Vanilla. But I am an avarege cognac drinker, so it might be strong to others. All said and done, Claudia's has my recommendation.

Went here for a work event the decore is stunning, but thata about it. The staff was not able to keep up, moved very slow. We kept having to ask for food. And bar tender kept droppibg fruit that hr was going to put in the drinks.

Food was great although one of the dishes we ordered was incorrect. We informed the waitress of the mistake and rather than correcting it, she insisted we ordered the wrong thing. My fiance and I are disappointed in her repeated insistence on 'our mistake' and avoidance of correcting a simple error.

I give this place 4 Stars based on the happy hour. The variety of drinks and small plates are great and the prices are extremely reasonable...especially for the area. Great customer service as well!

This place was such a disappointment. I had a reservation for 9:30pm and I wasn't seated until 11pm. Our drinks never came and our food took over an hour to come. The food was a major disappointment. The only pros was the decor and the lobster bisque. We didn't leave the restaurant until 1:30AM!
Claudia's is the perfect place for a date. The food and ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend their lobster Mac and cheese.
Need more Happy Hour also bring back Saturday and Sunday brunch.
The ambiance is great but the service stinks. Their bar is overlooked for the small group section during happy hour, but it is reasonably priced. This is a good place for a pricey date after happy hour.
Beautiful place but the food isn't good. Everything was very bland. The cheesecake was just nasty.
My firm hosted a 3 course client dinner for 25 at Claudia's following a conference in the area. The event planning staff was very responsive and easy to work with. Our clients enjoyed the dinner and told us it was the best dinner of week!

An amazing dinner. The live music from both guitarists and flamenco dancers reminded me of home and visits to Spain! All of the staff seemed very happy to work there, and the hostesses knew and shared Claudia's story. An amazing experience!
I went for restaurant week so I'm not sure if that's what it was but the one bartender wasn't really all there but the drinks still came out pretty nice. The ambiance is amazing, a really great place to go. The food was a little disappointing, but they only had a limited menu because it was restaurant week. I will say though the hostess was amazing and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely go again during regular dining and see what's it's all about. The flamenco dancers were a little lack luster also, but overall not too bad.

Surprised to find this listed as a steakhouse, as it had more of a club decor with trendy architecture, an emphasis on the sizable bar, and the occasional indoor waterfall. Premium drinks at premium prices, and while tasty, they were not memorable.

Highly dissatisfied especially for prices. Medium rare steak was overcooked and dry/grainy. Piece of plastic found in it from butter package. Staff was genuinely concerned and comped it, but I was not impressed overall

Best customer service ever! Franco is one of the best bartenders I ve ever encountered here at Claudia s. I recommend you come every day for lunch and happy hours. The Oyster & Pearls Happy Hour is the bomb!! And look for Franco!!!
We were greeted and seated immediately; after arriving 5 minutes late. Our waitress Madison, was amazing and patient with our son who was indecisive. The fried snapper was incredible!!! We can t wait to visit again when we are in DC

Ive been to this place before and the service was never this bad, at the bar I sat for a while before asked what we wanted then when it came the drinks were watered down. . So this visit was a 3
DO NOT GO!!! Service was pathetic and the seating hostess was pathetic. Made Valentine s Day reservations in advance and the whole establishment was in chaos. They sat me down an hour later and told me they were out of menu items. The horrible part was that the menu was specific to Valentine s Day and was limited in options. I left and went to reputable restaurant and received immediate, perfect service at The Prime Rib.
I went to Claudia's this weekend for my birthday. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The staff welcomed us with open arms. I had a total of 8 guest. We sat at the bar prior to being seating at the booth. Great drinks and quick service. The food was well prepared and hot. At the end I received a cake and a young gentleman brought my table a bottle of champagne. I love this place and will return.
Ordered a ribeye medium rare and it arrived blue. My colleague ordered a Cesar salad and and received a chicken sandwich. Terrible.

My family and I rented Rumba Room to celebrate my brother's birthday. The room was setup beautifully, the food was amazing and the staff (Madison and Connor)were the best. The event planning process with Mariah was a breeze; I will definitely be planning another event here soon!
Went to Claudia's for a 730 dinner reservation during restaurant week. Got there 30 min early and enjoyed HH at the bar (bar HH til 8pm). The food was fantastic. Both the kale salad and mixed green salad were great and a good sized portion. The filet (ordered MR) was tender and sat on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes. They ran out of the creme brulee (very disappointing) but offered a carrot cake instead. It was very moist and had good cinnamon flavor. The service was pretty slow but we weren't in a rush- about a 2+hr meal, not including the 30 min HH.
We came to this restaurant for a meeting. we heard about this place from quite a few people. Well, it was a winning. The crew were extremely nice and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I went there with a friend for the first time on friday night because we heard that they had a live jazz band. Immediately we were welcomed in such a loving matter. We were helped by Vlada. She recommended an amazing dish called Drunker Ribeye. I was very pleased. Amazing service from her. Everyone there worked beautifully as a team.
