My husband and I worked with Kim Floto on the purchase of our first home, and as most first time potential home buyers we were nervous. Kim made the process stress free, and answered all of or questions (and we had a lot). When it was time to sell our first home, we called Kim Floto again. She sold out home in 3 days, and got us asking price, she then was tasked with finding us a home. She was amazing and found us one meeting all of our criteria within a week. We will definitely be using Kim in the future for all of our Real Estate needs.

Run for the hills. No Stars should be the rating! This guy lists houses and does not communicate. Had money down, home inspection and agreement signed contingent on selling our home. They wanted us to reduce our house price before they would extend the purchase agreement. Had his assistant try to give us excuses, did not operate in good faith as they ignored us after we lowered our house price, finally said they would let us know...said they had another buyer a day later.......unbelievable!! Extremely unprofessional, lack of communication and gave my realtor and us the run around.

I can t recommend JW enough, specifically Adam Schaffer! He went so above and beyond with helping my husband and I with our first home buying process.
