Food and service was good, inside was very clean and comfortable

I was at the Wendy's eating lunch with my family when a lady spilled her drink, and went to tell the lady at the register, well before somebody came to clean it another lady came walking with her hands full and slipped and feel down, I got up to tell somebody after helping her up, and the manager never came to make sure she was ok and the lady at the register came over and when she went back she was very loud yelling nobody ever told me there was pop on the floor, but really upset me as a manager myself he didn't stop what he was doing and go over to make sure the customer was ok, very disappointed with the customer services here,

This location is always crowded. Worst drive thru and parking lot ever!! We've never had a bad meal here and our food is always hot.

I ordered a dbl cheeseburger only ketchup and the preparer must have felt the need to use enough ketchup to make up for the deleted condiments

this is the most racist restaurant I've been to in ages !

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru lane, only one open. Another 10 minutes before they took my order. I get home, the sandwiches is totally not what I ordered. Won't be back there EVER!!

If i could have given no stars i would have 45 dollars in food plus paying door dash and the whole was arong and to top it off my 9 dollar Baconator had one count them one peace of bacon on it so disapointed

Was a wait. The baked potatoes are bigger at the German Village location.

Shakes that makes me qwake. Fires that make me crossed eyed.

Not the best part of town but service was good. Food was prepared well. Tables and floor somewhat dirty.

Hey this Wendy's doesn't matter if u are in WV or South Carolina..same food and service..but isn't that why we go.

Usually a good experience..as long as you dont want a salad after 9pm...

Fast. Hot,friendly, service. The employees was very friendly. Cashier was joking around w/me. I asked her if she likes working there. She told me that she loves it. She has been there for quit a few yrs. It helps if u like your job. That's when u know that u have a good crew.

My food has always been hot and fresh at this location. My order has always been correct too.

So I usually go into this Wendy s on my way to work to get two ice coffee four cream about 12 to 13 Splenda s today it was the most awful coming to this Wendy s at At this location so young girl at the register fit even know what buttons to push the young man with glasses was so lazy to make my iced coffee is the way I requested them no more visiting this Wendy s

Good value on a variety of fast food. A few healthy choices. Fast friendly service. Clean restraunt and bathrooms.

And who doesn't like Wendy's prices are Wendy's prices food is Wendy's food always good clean restaurant great place

Usually very clean. Courteous customer service. The food is usually hot and Wendy's good.

I asked for my nuggets extra crispy (just leave them down for a little extra time) well I get my food and they're not, no big deal. So I ask the worker (which was a manager) could you please make these extra crispy? I can pull up and wait.. he says " I can't come outside" very rudely might I add. I just didnt want to hold up the line. He comes back with them a few minutes later and I said thank you so much and he just shuts the window. No words. I get that they're busy but there is no need to be rude. I paid for my food and I expect it how I asked for it!

Worst Wendy's ever. Wait on food was unreal. fast my ass and no one back there knows what the hell they are doing.

I usually go to the Wendy's on Alum Creek because it's on the way home. Every now and then I'll go to this location because it's the next one closest to where I live. More and more I try to avoid it because there's an issue with panhandlers around here and because of where this is located it's kind of hard to get into and out of because there's a lot of traffic. The store itself has good food and I've never really had any issues with the staff or messed up orders at this location. It's just kind of sad because the whole area seems to be going a little bit downhill.

The food was good, the fries were actually hot. The service left a lot to be desired and the dining room was not very clean and the trashcan was full.

Burgers umm can't go wrong with fast food expecullay when your out haven't eaten just need a quick bite to eat this location is pretty good too

My daughter had severe food poisoning after eating at this location.

Service and food was on par but there was a homeless drug addict in there last time I went causing a scene and yelling at everyone. Staff just ignored it. Won't go back.

Every table was dirty. I ordered Jr bacon cheeseburger and it was not good I ate the bacon and threw away the rest. Not a good experience.

Unbelievably slow line, had to abandon my order because it was taking over 20 minutes for three people in front of in drive thru. Skip at night, no one works.

830 at night and had large order. Just had wrist surgery and didnt have time to inspect everything as my order is being thrust at me in a hurry through the drive thru window. I get home to find that everyone gets to eat but me cuz they couldn't manage to make sure my burgers were in the sack. Sure not driving the 20 mile round trip to get them. And when I called I was told they couldn't hear me. Thanks Wendy's for making my night long and crappy since this was the second Wendy's I'd been to cuz that one had no product on 3 things.

Stop here to get the kids dinner everything was hot and fresh and correct also very fast and in and out great Wendy's to stop out if you're in a hurry

I was happy to have hot fries but also they were not fully cooked. I understand wanting to keep the line moving but you cannot pull the fries so early that they don't finish cooking. First time I had visited this location.

Every time I go to this Wendy's , I get such great service and good top tasteing food, everyone smiles and my order is always right, I would rather go here and get great service then McDonald's and get wrong order and bad attitudes and Burger King food cold, I'm not going to any other fast food than Wendy's from now on, and they need is a Carmel fraps , haven't checked yet but next time I will lol,, stop getting bad service and cold food go to Wendy's, no I'm not a worker just a very happy customer

Everything is normally hot. Which is a switch. The grilled chicken sandwiches were on sale, 2 for$5. There great. Just a couple of days the sale is off. Where is the posters letting people know. Instead, the drive thru is under long lines and the wait is horrible, a person feels trapped. I love there grilled chicken.

My food had hair in and the cashier gave me a nasty look when I asked for a new one

My all time favorite Wendy's location. I changed my review from 5 to 2 stars because my last few visits to this wendys my fry cup has looked like this. & lately they have been forgetting my sauce.
