Not a bad location, parking lot is annoying. Be sure and speak slowly so the gets your order right. A lot nicer since the remodel

Went through the drive thru. They were fast but when I got home my order wasn't correct. I asked for no mustard and there was mustard on my sandwich. Asked for ranch dressing for the chicken nuggets and got honey mustard. Food was hot and for the most part good. They just need to make sure the order is accurate

Sent my daughter into the store as so our order would not be messed up! Long and behold it was missing my combo meal called to let them know and heard the manager ask/telling an employee the issue as she yelled "no it was in there I put that in the bag" I told him I'd bring it all back or take a picture either way i will not be going back to this store again.

Generally I wouldn't review a standard chain place like Arby's/Wendy's/Taco Bell/McDonalds, but since I live right around the corner from these particular 4 locations Google keeps asking me to, so let's just get it over with...

This Wendy's location is far and away the most frequent fast food I purchase. It's right around the corner from my house and it's mediocre. The reason I go here is because the crew is superior to the crews at all of the other competition on High Street in this neighborhood. That's really it, the crew is the only reason I go to this location.

Seasonally we get the pulled pork fries and during that season I'm all over Wendy's, but for the rest of the year they're just the best bad choice.

But again I want to give credit to this crew. I've seen this location clear their entire drive through line in the time the McDonald's across the street clears one single car on at least four different occasions. I've seen this crew slammed with sports teams, overflowing drive through, and filled dining area and was blown away at the professionalism and dutifulness of the crew managing those rushes, particularly within the context of the crews at all of the other nearby fast food chains. Usually during my visits there's this old guy named Greg managing the crew. He's not too personable, he's kind of short and abrupt and I never hear a please or thank you from him, but he's a quick worker and he's always in humble command of the crew. I gotta give this guy props.

Good service and the food is as expected. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is they are always busy, so expect to wait.

There not in any big hurry. Waited in drive thru likr for 45min worst service ever.

The service at this location was terrible. 8pm on a Saturday night and the dine-in was closed with one drive thur lane closed. Poor management.

They locked the inside at 8pm 2 hours before the sign said they would close the lobby. I only wanted to go inside because they messed up my order so often in the drive thru that I need to check it and it's never right and I hate making the line wait through that. I just drove to the German village Wendy's instead of going thru south high street Wendy's again and have them screw it up again. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Very good service and food. The atmosphere is very appealing.

The order taker obviously forgot there were two drive-up lanes. The car preceding mine seemed to have their order taken without a problem. However, after sitting there, shouting at the speaker, and seeing the other lane continue to move forward by two more cars while I just say there, I left without any food.

This is my neighborhood Wendy's. We love their fast, friendly service and food.

Although this place is getting better with their orders being correct, it still needs work. I usually get special orders, for example, Jr bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce, bacon well done. I may end up with the bacon not cooked the way I asked or a different sandwich.

It was ok. Didn't get my order right the first time and the dinning room was a little dirty.

They messed up our order,, Shorted us 3 sandwiches and 1 fry. And when we went in to get the rest of our food they gave us an attitude.

Slow and they forgot some of the order had to return

This is a Wendy's store. When you go to a Wendy's store you expect exactly what you expect when you go to any other Wendy's store, and that's what you should expect at this Wendy's store.

One of the fastest Wendy's in all of Columbus. I always get great and friendly service, even at a busy lunch time!

It is absolutely impossible to get a hamburger without cheese from this restaurant. Forget it, it can't be done. The skills required are simply not present. Maybe if I call ahead?
Wendy's has great food even at this location but I've just resigned myself to holding up the line as I hand my sandwich right back to have it remade. EVERY TIME. GUARANTEED. BET UR LIFE ON IT.
Last week I wasn't thinking and drove home before I opened my sandwich. Silly me. I went back and received a new sandwich and a coupon for a free combo. I went back a few days later and redeemed the coupon. Yip you guess it, covered in nasty cheese despite the order board being correct.
Deep slow breaths.... I feel better.

They have great hamburgers and I love there chocolate Frosty really it's a great place to go have lunch or dinner with a family member or a friend.

Good food everytime I visit. Love the 100 flavor soda machine.

It was clean but you have to double check orders because if you don't you might have someone else s order

It would be nice if they paid as much attention to the customers at the counter as they do to the drive thru.

Took 12 minutes to get through the drive thru only to be given the wrong order and have to wait another 5 minutes for it.

This Wendy's is one that has been updated recently. It's unfortunate that the quality of the food doesn't match the quality of the remodel. Staff always seems annoyed at night that you want fresh food. Your order doesn't always come out to Dave's standard. Unfortunately this Wendy's is the only one around.

Awesome The new breakfast menu is great and the managers are awesome. Will be having breakfast there more often

Experience is always good. Customer service is outstanding.

Very fast and polite. They are pretty good with getting your order correct if you have a big family. Reasonably priced.

The wait is probably one of the longest of all the fast food places every time I stop by. The fries are so bland and seems to never have salt. Guess I'll have to drive to grove city to chick fil a for my spicy chicken sandwich since I get a regular chicken sandwich half the time now. I worked fast food for years ago when I was younger and it's not that hard , I don't understand why you can't get what you order anymore.

If you like to get your food in under 20 minutes (Do not go inside) go though the driver thru. Thats were they focus there service on. Its all about keeping that service time down. The hell with dining in customers. We have their money.

It is located in the basement of the OSU Dental Clinic. It is so convenient. And of course it is much less expensive than the cafeteria.

Just ate there for lunch today had me wait on my burgers so i pulled off to the side then when we got our food fries were bland and brown!!!!

I generally like my visits here at Wendy's, however this location is horrible, from the way the food is prepared, burnt, not fresh, and the workers act as if the customer is invading their personal space and time. Clensiness , lack of I should say us apparent. Especially the ladies restroom, can't speak on the condition of the mens bathroom..

Service was extremely slow. Had to remind the girl three times, about our drinks. Fries were cold. AND, my sandwich was wrong.
