My husband and I recently purchased a new construction town home by The Marion Group. While we were familiar with a few other developers in the area, we had not come across Marion until seeing this property. From the beginning, we had an eye on the details, as project managers ourselves, and were very pleased to find that our Project Manager James had not missed a beat. It was clear that time and care were put into selecting the materials for the project and its design; everything from the granite counter top grain, to the appliances, automatic lights in the closets, and even extra wide stairs, which have been noticed by and received praise from all visitors. Since moving in, I have contacted Marion with a few questions from inquiries regarding the HOA to adjustments to a door due to settling (yay 1-year home warranty!) and Rachel and Tori in the main office have been extremely responsive, and when needed are able to arrange for someone to come by. In the end we are very pleased with our new home, as well as the service provided by The Marion Group.
I bought a new townhome from the Marion Group in 2019 and I am very pleased with their product and customer service. They were very prompt and attentive to any needs that we had when we first moved into the property. They continue to be available for us as needed and made the process very easy. Recently purchased a new construction town home from the Marion group. Promised a luxury town home but definitely didn't deliver to the standard. From months of construction delay to dealing with multiple problems with the house, I would not recommend purchasing a place from this developer.
Response to Marion Group: Please get your detail correct. The last maintenance was done in Oct 2019 which was to repair the same issue that has been ongoing for months. Many of the neighbors have similar issues regarding the constructions of the home. We bring up the issues to you so they can be corrected. Those are not complaints. Majority of the neighbors were not happy with the Marion group and how a lot of things were handled. In addition, I was told Derrick would give me a call regarding the breakers, still waiting for the call after a whole month.
