I asked for my nuggets extra crispy (just leave them down for a little extra time) well I get my food and they're not, no big deal. So I ask the worker (which was a manager) could you please make these extra crispy? I can pull up and wait.. he says " I can't come outside" very rudely might I add. I just didnt want to hold up the line. He comes back with them a few minutes later and I said thank you so much and he just shuts the window. No words. I get that they're busy but there is no need to be rude. I paid for my food and I expect it how I asked for it!
