Wendy's Restaurant Review

They seemed to always be slow or behind. Perpetual long line of cars.
Food is good, but hire more people?

The food is just like every other Wendy's, but this is, by far, the SLOWEST one in Columbus.

Employees were in there talking while it was open. Doors were locked and I had to Sh!t. Can't sh!t in the drive through

If you order a lg frosty BEWARE!! Apparently there sizes are different from other stores so you get a medium? That's what they said. Basically they don't care.

Very poor service, sat in drive thru 8 minutes went nowhere went t inside took ten minutes to get 1 chicken sandwich, people eating nuggets while counting them, dirty kids playing behind counter very poor, less than 1 star

The workers here have a bad attitude. If you want Wendy s go to the one by Kroger s, you ll get better service and food. Not worth it!

Always slow and you have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes

Great Wendys. This is the one I usually go to. It has a pretty fast drive through and I always enjoy the service here.

A lot better since they opened up the new store need a little patience but a lot better

I would rate this store at 0 if I could. I'm so sick of going to this dangerous neighborhood, waiting in line for WAY too long, and then NOT being given what I've paid for, simply because it's the closest Wendy's to my home.

Today I ordered a 4 for 4, a bowl of chili and a second Jr bacon cheeseburger. I was not given the burger and didn't realize it until I got home. Had to drive back to the store where the following conversation took place:

"Hi! *smiling* you probably remember me. I'm the one that told you to keep the paper receipt and joked about saving the trees. Well. You didn't give me my second burger."

She answered in a hurried, annoyed and mean tone, "Yes, we do remember you, but we know for a fact that we gave you both sandwiches. We aren't going to give you another one, so go. You're holding up my line."

Seriously? This is customer service? This is a joke. I wish I had gotten the girl's name.

To management and corporate: if you wonder who did this, look at your drive up window cameras for Friday, September 1st 2017 at about 8:30 pm. She was the bigger girl with regular brunette hair. The one with brightly dyed hair was actually quite nice.

Won't ever go to this Wendy's again. I work hard for my money, and I don't appreciate being (rudely and aggressively) called a liar without ANY effort being put into finding out if I was right.

The food is great. Ever since they remodeled the place, it's even nicer now.

It was good. We wanted to dine in but the dining room was closed.

Love wendy the food is always good here order correct frys hot the whole 9 one of the better wendy's around Columbus prices are fair an food is ready pretty quickly

Wendy's is okay but they have messed up my order a few times

Only location to not allow me to get natural lemonade for kid meal , why is it a big deal

Food was hot and fresh. The fries taste different now, but they're not bad. The apple chicken salad was delicious.

I got the 4 for 4 and the double stack is no longer in the 4 for 4. I had to get the bacon cheese bugar. The food was good .

It was awful we waited in line at the drive thru for exactly 23mins before we got our food. To make matters worse the chicken strips where over cooked and the fries were cold.

Line is always long on drivethru, I believe there is less staff, other that staff friendly.

This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to probably the worst Wendy's in Columbus go take forever to make your food they don't make it right they forget everything they forget dressings they forget cookies they take 45 mins five items just sad

Bad customer service; the girl at the drive through window was very rude; like she didn t want go work. She could call off if she didn t want to be there. Was a super slow.
I requested talk to a supervisor and he was rude as well closing the window in my face.

Recently remodeled not fast service but only fast food joint nearby, typical wendys

I think I'm kind've biased here, because I'm truly addicted to the Spicy Chicken club....

They are slow ! Been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes !!!

Great service. The employees care about their job. Unlike other Wendy's I've been to, which employ HS students who don't care, this Wendy's employs hardworking people who actually earn a living from this job.

This Wendy's has the worst service ever after unclear drive thru operator and a manager that was extremely hard of hearing or just stupid. They also got our order wrong as well as dropping our food. I tried to call but the Manger was too incompetent to speak to.

Rude manager (white haired male) The cashier lady was amazed at how bad the manager reacted to my simple question and apologized. Not going back.

Overheard staff in drive thru say the "n" word several times. He was silly enough to leave the window open so anybody could hate. When confronted he denied what we heard and then said "i didnt say *&%$<" and said it again. Called corporate twice and never heard back from store management.

It took to long and they are always out of stuff or frosty machine is broken

They didn't give me my entire order so i went inside and was told that they have no way to prove I ordered 2 3/4 sandwiches. I said "" What" cant u read the receipt..

Horrible service got a chilli and they didn't even give me a spoon rude people too didn't say hello or anything we couldn't even ask for a spoon because they handed us tge food and closed the window immediately

It's on the west side of Columbus so that's pretty much what you can expect.. it's pretty clean compared to most the other fast food restaurants on the west side and there isn't a million vagrants there asking you for money like the other fast food places on the west side that's a major plus..

This place was a 5 star before they remodeled it. Now it's a brand new store. Brand new managers and it's crappy. Move back the old crew to this Wendys so it can be great again. In 3 yrs the old Wendys messed up my order once. The new Wendys messes it up every time but one lol old Wendys dilapidated had a line of 3 cars at once. Newly remodeled Wendys has huge lines and even if you're the only car in line it still take 10 mins. If this is how you update stores, please don't update anymore lol they suck so bad now

This location is alright but I do not recommend it. the staff is rude & talk as if they don t care. I do not feel welcomed & the dining area is not as clean as it should. I believe the staff could be better & that is mostly what throws me off about this location. The food is okay as well but it could be better for sure.

Placed an order there and when I asked if I could have a side of cheese she said it was not on your order and I said I ll ask for it the gentleman didn t put it on there I m willing to pay for it and she said look at your receipt it s not on there and shut the door not more than a week ago I went and she told me that they were closed and it says 7 o clock at night I will not be going back to that Wendy s they are the most rudest and hateful people that I ve ever dealt with they need to learn customer service

Orders normally come out right but the staff isn't the friendliest.

Came through the drive thru one time and they said they couldn't help me they were closed, and it was 12 on like a Tuesday.

The amburguesas a la barviquiu are my personal favorites in any wendys
As a tip I would like you to have more friendly staff in drive thrue since recently a person with a bad character attended us when taking the order.
However 4 stars for the good taste and price.
P.S. There should be a person who speaks Spanish for Latinos because there are many of us who buy, we are a good market.

Man....best Its been forever since i had Wendy's taste this good and on point. Services was pretty good as well.

I had wonderful service from this location. The inside service was done fast and with lots of respect. And my order was correct, thats always a plus

Newly remodeled but horrible customer service other than that it's just a normal wendys
