Greeded quickly, check in process was fast and the place overall looks nice. The room was decent size, has a walk out to a nice little area with a small hill next to it, nice view. The bed was comfy. Unfortunately the non smoker smelled so much like smoke, I don't think it's really enforced. Although the shower was nice sized, it had mold on the top corner. Seems run down , heck there's water damage on some of the hall way. Would I stay again, yes. But just for a night at a time.

0 stars. Couldn't even stay the night it's so bad. Our first luxury suite the hot water didn't work, front desk sends maintenance instead of switching rooms. Maintenance says he can't fix it we need to switch rooms. Get to the new luxury sweet only to find out it doesn't have television. So back to the front desk, they don't have any suites with working tub and television available so we had to choose one. The poor customer service ended up wearing on my wife to the point of tears. We ended up driving home at midnight. 0 stars, don't waste your time and money like we did.

Hallways smelled of urine. Room was below expectations

Paid for a jacuzzi suite, jacuzzi was broken, room/floor had not been cleaned. When we checked in they claimed not to have any meal coupons that were promised. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, sham and waste of money

Will not stay here again. We had to search for the pool and hot tub. No menu or even any information in the room on food choices. No coffee pot in room so you had to go down and buy from Starbucks or the cafe. Had dinner at cafe. Took 45 minutes for a grilled cheese with a salad for me and fried prawns and fries for Craig. The grilled cheese tasted like burnt grease. We were the only 2 people in the cafe. Plus they had birds flying in because of the little tree part they have by the cafe. Had a steak house but it is only open 3 days a week and our night was not one of them. Very disappointed in this motel stay of our trip. Plus you have to pay a resort fee

Seriously this casino does not want my money. There is a reason montego has a better rep. Get ur crap together. Not worry my time!

I never win money in the casino. Never. I have way better luck at every other casino in town. Also, the tower rooms are gross. They look like somewhere you go to be murdered.

Pretty good service, the arcade is run down and broken, the sports bar was nice, and most of the machines were in working condition.

We went over there for dinner at The Nugget Buffet. My family liked it, but I wasn't a big fan. The soup and mashed potatoes were cold, so I ended up getting ice cream for the rest of my meal. It was delicious.

New owners definitely not the same thing cut down on the free play no coupons

Guilty pleasure casino. I love that its actually lit, and not blaring music. The staff is quite nice.

Our trip was interesting to say the least. What made everything better was a delightful experience with Delores in the gift shop who was insanely sweet, and Tammy the manager who was delightful. Their willingness to go above and beyond made our experience what it was. Also, Alonzo (sp?) was amazing. He helped us find our room after an experience at the front desk. The people I ve named made our trip a wonderful experience. Especially during the interesting times of COVID.

I dig this place. Always a fun time. However the cocktail girls who walk around talk more than they work and it doesn't matter if you tip good or not.... Literally takes 30 minutes to get your drink order no matter what table/slot/area you are sitting in. Takes so long you might as well get up, walk to the bar and pay. Also the guy at the bar... Older (50's maybe) light brown/sandy blonde hair. Mustache... Biggest jerk ever. But rooms are decent. Decent price. Lots of hobos sleeping out in the parking lot begging for smokes or change. But oh well. Its WENDOVER. Come get drunk. Eat some food. Burn all your money. Go home hung over. Disappointed. With Herpes. Lmao. Kidding. (Maybe.. Thanks Lisa)

But they can keep up on how the rooms and everything looks a little better then what they do and what they look like ..

NIGHTMARE! We sent our crew out there to do a fence job and they stayed for a few nights. Our Superintendent came back with 71 massive bed bug bites. He had to miss a day of work and had to visit the doctor several times. We called customer service and they just blew us off and didn't care. A great place to stay as long as you want to feel like you live in a leper colony.

Canceled our reservation, charged us double our reserved rate... and kept telling us a manager would be there, but we arrive when told, to find no manager there. Beautiful room though...

When I went I expected better service the guy at the front desk had a horrible attitude! Then we asked to be in a smoke free room but the hallway and elevator smelled like weed and cigars there was broken beer glass, everyone in my family had a headache from it. The room looked dirty and we saw a cockroach on the wall. Also when we called to get the room they said they did have free WiFi but when we got there we found out only some rooms have it! Swimming pools where really cold. And at first when we got there, their was a couple making out at the parking lot. Next time I am going to look for a better hotel!

Great gambling and staff was great except for the craps dealers were a bit rude. Well kept hotel and the casino was fun. The room was adequate but nothing special

we had a great buffet dinner but our room was terrible the bed was bad the mattress was just worn out the room just didn't look clean and the shower door if you want in you can't get out so it was not a good trip

The car show was amazing... Casino was fun and entertaining. Overall great excitement and enjoyable time.

Went over and had a fun time but the odds with 3 of my other friends were not with us, none of us went up at all so save your cash.

The rooms were okay they smelt a little weird plus the blinds didn't shut all the way. And the bathroom was hard to get around on crutches very small.

I work for a skilled nursing facility. I made this trip with my residents. It wasn't a horrible experience but 2 things do come to mind. 1, the bathrooms were dirty and mostly clogged. 2, they used to give away decks of cards for my facility, which they refused. That wasnt a big deal but I did go to another casino where they were more than happy to give me the decks of cards. The food wasn't perfect but the service was great. While my residents gambled, they would ask the cocktail waitresses for drinks but the drinks never came.

Usually l like the Nugget. This time there was no hot water and it smelled of cat urine in the hallway. Otherwise I generally like it.

Our stay was excellent. Great casino and mice rooms. Highly recommended for a great Wendover experience. Will be going back very soon !

Poorly managed, violating gaming laws with a lack of ticket redemption machines, and they have dated games. Don't go here! They've been reported to gaming and have not complied.

We did not actually stay at ths hotel but we did do a little bit of gambling here. It was fun however the place did feel a little run down and the tables seemed old, but the staff was kind and the food was great.

Rooms were 100% filled but the night was enjoyabe. The restaurant in the peppermill was insanely slow and so was our service. I will never eat there again.

It seemed outdated and depressing. But I get that feeling in all casino's. Didn't really stay for long.

I stayed in this hotel when on a road trip with a group of friends. We initially booked a room there as the price was very good, and we were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning. I also had a second night booked a few days later, for my return trip. I cancelled that second reservation and booked a room at the Peppermill, because our experience was so bad.

The rooms have no amenities, aside from a TV, and the guest services for checkout and other functions did not work. There is no coffee maker in the room, no fridge, no microwave, and the carpets and towels did not look to be that clean.

In addition, when we booked our rooms, the room rate was $35.00 a night (plus taxes and fees), which we booked directly on the Nugget's website, not a third party. When we arrived, all of our room rates had magically increased to $56.00 a night, and if I hadn't had my confirmation handy with the original rate, they would not have corrected their mistake.

The food in the buffet was also not very good. Several folks in my group had a rough morning after the buffet.

Location was great. Rooms were decent would recommend deluxe room in main building worth the extra $10 dollars service was okay but didn't utilize any service with the room

Might be great for gambling, I couldn't tell you, but the rooms suck. Air conditioning is noisy and non-existent. If it was hot out, I could understand maybe but it's not. Rooms are marginally cleaned and they didn't even bother to empty, let alone clean, the coffee pot. Beds were mediocre, I finally turned my mattress 180 so I wouldn't keep rolling off the side. Plus? No wifi! In this day and age? You've got to be kidding. Next trip out here, it will definitely be a different hotel.

Dropped phone there and one of there off duty porter picked it up and took it home we tracked the phone to his house and called the police they recovered the phone from his house and found out he worked for the casino as a porter and was intoxicated this casino is now on our no go list

Casino was nice and the dancefloor area was well set up. The music was hit or miss but the jack and coke Icee machine was awesome.

Great time, free truck parking and truck drivers get discounted room rate at $20 for one night stay. Awesome

I was very disappointed. The common areas and the casino looked as though the hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The food was terrible. I ordered pancakes with hash browns. They were cooked in rancid oil. We told the waiter but nothing was done and we were charged full price.
I will not go back. I rate it a 2.

Monday night on hold for 30 minutes with no answer to book a suite! Either you need more staff or someone isn't doing their job! Garter answered on 1st ring maybe you should combine reservation process.

Was a bit surprised the rooms in the main area were not as nice as the rooms we have previously stated in in the Tower. More musty smelling also, my allergies started going crazy!

The nugget is my favorite casino in wendover, it is reasonably priced, and a better environment.

We always stay here over other motels and casinos while traveling north or south. Very economical too

The least expensive of all the hotel/casinos in West Wendover, and as such you notice it throughout the entire establishment. That being said, I have a fondness in my heart for the place and often stay there when I can't get room comps at one of the Big3 ...

Place has gone downhill as far as the rude workers and service!

This is the worst casino Wendover has to offer. Their liquor selection is horrible. The cocktail waitresses come around every decade or so. Their billiard is hardly ever opened. Their machines are the tightest I've come across. Take your chances at Montego Bay, Peppermill, Rainbow or Red Garter. Don't waste your time here. Old folks in a depressing environment.

Went to the all you can eat buffet and it was the worst buffet i have ever been to. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple of days. I tryed almost everything they had out hoping to find something good but never did. I am very disappointed because it looks like a good place but but the food is not. There were multiple people complaining that the food was not good not from the party of people i was with.

It had really great service and I won a lot of money

Our room was not very clean. The carpets need to be replaced, badly. The heater in our room didn't work. The wallpaper the hallway was taped up with blue painters tape. Cheap rates, so i guess you get what you pay for.

Don't waste money on paying for the electric if you are staying at the rv area it pops the breaker

Beautiful Casino but if you vape or smoke you get rooms with wallpaper literally falling off the wall.

Gross, our room was gross plus the toiled broke down and the fixed until the next day
