Google says they sellCPAP supplies, but that's wrong. They don't sell things like masks for CPAP machines.

So I originally gave the pharmacy one star as I was really upset by how we were treated (see original review below). My opinion changed this morning and I am therefore updating my review. I received a call from the manager, she apologized profusely, explained the extenuating circumstances that occurred last night (emergency with regular pharmacist, temporary employee, etc.), and offered her personal cell in case there were ever problems in the future. That it the service we had expected from w&r. And are extremely grateful for her call. As a result, we will remain loyal customers. Thank you. Everyone makes mistakes but how they are handled is what makes the difference.

We arrived at 757 tonight. The store was supposed to close at 8. I understand we were cutting it close, but my daughter had just had surgery. The guy walked out as my husband tried to go in, locked the door in front of him and said we are closed. My husband politely tried to explain the situation and then showed him his watch. The guy kept walking and said sorry. If the reason you are supposed to choose a small pharmacy over a Walgreens or a CVS is their excellent service, then Wender and Roberts is in big trouble.
So you've spent all day at the hospital while your husband is in surgery, nothing to eat but a quick bite that morning before taking him to the hospital... and finally he is dismissed at five in the afternoon. We stopped by Wender & Roberts to fill a prescription after getting two to go plates from OK Cafe (I love that place!), before heading to the hotel. I leave him in the car and head straight to the prescription counter where I'm met by Nurse Ratchet, better known as Cashier #RA21, who isn't in a good mood. She reminded me of a cow we used to have on our farm that was appropriately called "Wild Thing" because you never knew when she was going to charge you, and she had a mean set of horns...but I digress. RA21 tossed me a form to complete bc we weren't in their system, no problem. I gave her the ID's she needed and then she walks back to the pharmacist asking how long before the prescription was ready and the answer was "30 minutes" to which I responded "Ohhh no", which was met with, and in a very sarcastic voice, again from the back so everybody hears this, "Ohhh yes!". Really, that's how you respond to a customer? So I leave, drive my husband to the hotel, get him settled and fed, and drive back, all this in rush hour traffic, and pick up the prescription. Same Nurse Ratchet same attitude. Glad I no longer live here and must depend on having to endure this kind of attitude. I used to work in an industry that depended on the public for business and we were trained that customer service was the most important service. This woman needs a little more training, after all, without us she wouldn't have a job!
The elderly lady at the front was very rude and treated us like criminals from the second we walked in. Don t go here.
Love this pharmacy! Erin and Melanie, the pharmacists, are so helpful and always give great customer service. You can find everything you need here.
Very nice people went over and above to find my unusual prescription and agreed to order it monthly for me at a good price
Great service. Helpful, friendly attitude. I ve been a regular customer in Roswell for many years.
All they know is get the highest price or GOUGING their Customers
A true pharmacy from the past! Melanie and the entire staff cares deeply about your pharmacy needs. "You are not a number". So many unique finds from the golden area and yet so modern! Dana, who works at the Roswell location has a positive personality. She truly cares! I love their affordable pricing! Try them, you will not be disappointed.
Really bad customer service. You would think in a time like right now businesses would be doing everything they can to be helpful and work hard to take care of their customers. Not this place though.
I actually travel to stay with W&R. I will not use another pharmacy and I've been a patron for at least 25 years. They do not price gouge and if my script is a bit more expensive, the customer service and friendly, courteous staff makes it worthwhile. Everyone is amazing and Melanie is one of my favourite people in the world.
