KAW Wade Review of Wender and Roberts Pharmacy

So you've spent all day at the hospital while your husband is in surgery, nothing to eat but a quick bite that morning before taking him to the hospital... and finally he is dismissed at five in the afternoon. We stopped by Wender & Roberts to fill a prescription after getting two to go plates from OK Cafe (I love that place!), before heading to the hotel. I leave him in the car and head straight to the prescription counter where I'm met by Nurse Ratchet, better known as Cashier #RA21, who isn't in a good mood. She reminded me of a cow we used to have on our farm that was appropriately called "Wild Thing" because you never knew when she was going to charge you, and she had a mean set of horns...but I digress. RA21 tossed me a form to complete bc we weren't in their system, no problem. I gave her the ID's she needed and then she walks back to the pharmacist asking how long before the prescription was ready and the answer was "30 minutes" to which I responded "Ohhh no", which was met with, and in a very sarcastic voice, again from the back so everybody hears this, "Ohhh yes!". Really, that's how you respond to a customer? So I leave, drive my husband to the hotel, get him settled and fed, and drive back, all this in rush hour traffic, and pick up the prescription. Same Nurse Ratchet same attitude. Glad I no longer live here and must depend on having to endure this kind of attitude. I used to work in an industry that depended on the public for business and we were trained that customer service was the most important service. This woman needs a little more training, after all, without us she wouldn't have a job!
