Beware. CapB(Kall Bagchi) screw you when Client offers you to go fulltime. He is most money minded, selfish guy who keeps calling you to get you on project. This guy will not pick up calls once you be on project. For me Client wanted me to go full time. This guy/company never co-operated with client and screwed up my job. Even as prime vendor, they take lots of margin (more than Illinois median house hold income - $60,960) and still do not want to give us margin or get clients offer money to let you go fulltime. Beware for joining CapB (Kall Bagchi).
