My first time visiting the dentist, EVER! I was worried that my teeth were in terrible condition. I am 30 years old, so as an adult going to the dentist for the very first time, I was nervous and anxious with many concerns about properly taking care of my teeth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was also very clean. Mrs. Rhonda was very welcoming and professional. She completed all of my x-rays and also gave me a first time patient welcome gift. My doctor (Dr. Weisner) was very enthusiastic and welcoming and very excited that I had chosen this facility for my first visit. He reassured me that my tooth hygiene was better than expected, and gave me excellent information and treatment recommendations. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable all the way around. Lastly, Amber checked me out and explained all of my billing and coverage information. She had great customer service and service with a great smile. I will definitely be back to visit soon and I ll be bringing my husband with me to register him as a new patient as well! Thank you Wells Family Dentistry and Staff!!!
