I see Dr. Knight and thanks to her horrible reviews I had so mich anxiety about going to see her my therapist went with me. Turns out she's a great doctor. She's filled my meds and increased them when they needed adjustments. If you dont want to wait a long time, schedule earlier appointments. They do tend to get behind sometimes but so does every doctors office. And there's an easy way around it. Go early. The staff have always been nice to me. The place may look a little rough but in the short term you're only there for a few hours tops. It's not dirty like people claim anc the waiting room is never so packed and jammed it makes you feel uncomfortable. *Plus side* Dr. Knight can always get you in to see you. My last psychiatrist would make me wait 4-6 weeks even when I needed critical adjustments and did not want to go to the hospital. Dr. Knight can always get you in in a few days. Cut this place some slack. Good doctors, good staff, sketchy building but its clean.

I would NEVER return to this place again. After being lost and sitting for 5 minutes before anyone asked me if they could help, I was sent upstairs with my own chart to see the doctor. The staff upstairs were arguing with a patient about his blood work and ended it by "throwing" a paper at him with CompuNet addresses on it and saying, "Well, we can't help you!" Then as she returned the chart downstairs the woman returned and told other staff that she would beat up the patient downstairs in the waiting room because they were talking badly about a transgender person. She then took me back for my vitals with the door open, someone tried to walk in, and then just stood outside the door in the hallway as i tried to answer personal questions.

The DR's and nurses are very good, but the staff is absolutely the worst group of people ever assembled in one building, they wait for you to do there job, they can not simply fax a prescription

I received a phone call from a gentleman that was very concerned about his Mother and her depression. She was dealing with many issues including the loss of her son. She had just moved to town to be near her older son and needed to see a dr. She went to one and they dismissed her depression and anxiety, that had been clearly noted in her medical records she had with her. I gave him the number to Wellness Card and they immediately got his Mother in with Sheila Dunn and raved about the treatment and professionalism of the staff and how thankful they were for Ms. Sheila who made her feel more comfortable then she had in months.

My fiance has been seeing Dr. Knight for over 6 mounths and she has been fair respectful and very caring we think she is a wonderful Dr. As for the facility it could use a coat of paint but that is not the dr.s fault that is our government not giving funding to mental health facility's it is so under funded we should all go to our gov. And let them know we need more funding for our mental health services

A shoddy and slovenly run establishment. Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am. Arrived promptly and was not seen until 10:00. When I expressed my displeasure with having to wait an hour to be seen with no explanation, the Dr. was rude and offered no apology or explanation other than "you're not dealing with computers or robots, you're dealing with human beings." Don't bother with this place unless you want to be treated like less than a person.

Simply awful. Horrible facility, the staff doesn t return phone calls, HIPPA violations all over the place....frankly I am shocked they are still in business. Most of it must be due to their suboxone program for addicts. It looks like a poorly run, dirty office and I could not believe the first time I walked in there. I thought I was lost, it is truly that awful.

I have so many issues with getting ahold of these people and every time I'm at my appointment it takes over an hour to get into see anyone doctor's and nurses are very nice but the staff at the desk are not so kind and seems overwhelmed all the time. They need to be better organized I have not felt like I'm getting the help that I've needed here.Im definitely looking into leaving as soon as I get in with another.

I m just going to say if you want anything narcotic that you think is going to help you, do not go here ,they will not write it ..they will not help ..they will only give you something that they feel is going to work which is okay if you ve never been on any medications before ...but if you have been on something that you know works they wont Even try to listen to your point Kapoor elderly lady went in and came out crying a lot of people were complaining or they re in there my appointment was that when I was there for two extra hours I want to call me back I was in there for five seconds maybe five minutes at the most The point is terrible experience

Great

Disorganized office! I'm finding another place to go as soon as possible!!!! I needed my doctor who is only there two days a week to give me five days more of my klonopin to get me through till my prescription can be refilled and he refused and the pharmacy can't give me an emergency five day amount because it is a class category medication. So, I'll be in withdrawal now!! I've been on meds for anxiety and depression since 1997 and this has never happened to me before. I don't understand because the doctor knows me and what will happen to me without my meds but he still wouldn't write a five day prescription. Thanks for nothing!! Please look for another provider of you can!!!! Mental health patients are not treated equally!

This office is grossly negligent in their responsibility to patients in the military.

When government employees and contractors called their office to verify my information, Wellness Card refused to verify any of my information, citing confidentiality. I called to follow up and they could not locate the disclosure release form I signed before packing up and shipping out of Ohio. Since last year multiple people have called their office for verification and all of them failed to get the information they sought.

By losing my disclosure privilege paperwork, Wellness Card almost cost me my job. As a high functioning person who simply needed a little counseling, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Ok so while the other reviews are true about wait times being outrageous sometimes (i waited 2 hours at my first appointment but never any longer than an extra 30-40 minutes since then) and the facility being very old and dingy in need of a serious update (not dirty though, the restroom is always clean which says alot), I have to say that they are clearly a low cost mental health care facility and seem to be doing their best. Their prices are more than reasonable and they worked with me when I had a lapse of time with no insurance so I was still able to attend counselling and get my prescriptions. The staff is always polite, nurse practitioner is nice and Jana is a wonderful counsellor. Going to wellness card has been worth it personally.

This place is awful. I waited nearly 3 hours for my appointment after my appointment time. The doctor barely spoke with me and talked down to me about my prior history. There's also a lady on the second floor with a beehive without a brain under it. This place is absolutely terrible and a joke.

- The facility is dirty and appears rather run-down. You'd think they'd endeavor to keep the place looking somewhat clean.

- The nurses working the front desk are among the most disrespectful and unprofessional I've ever had to deal with. They had the gall to talk over me while I was trying to make an appointment. They lost my chart, and made me sit in the waiting room for upwards of 3 hours while they looked for it, and asked me for my pharmacy's information TWICE before finally getting something figured out - and they never have found my chart. I wonder if they're even looking for it anymore.

- My doctor is only available 2~3 days out of the week, and I'm afraid to make an appointment with her during the week because I've come to expect that I won't even be seen within the hour. I can arrive promptly and still be forced to wait 2 hours before I'm seen, with only the excuse that she's "running behind."

Don't give these people your business. They clearly don't value their patients as much as they should.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was supposed to be a new patient (primary care not therapy or drug addiction) spent 30 minutes filling out paperwork, left work early for it was the only appointment available for "new patients" Then after waiting another 10 minutes was told "Our practitioner isnt accepting new patients" "we tried contacting you" I've received ZERO messages from office or anyone there. If they did try they hung up instead of waiting for recording. For God's sake our medical system is a joke. It starts from the top and apparently trails all the way to reception....

If there were negative stars, this place would get them. I have been seeing psychiatrists for 17 years and NEVER have I had a worst experience than at this office (if you want to call it that). I am pretty sure it is only a place for addicts and they do psychiatry on the side. It's appalling, disgusting and I am actually afraid to return there. There was a police officer in the parking lot which should have told me to turn around and go home right then. DO NOT GO HERE!

Was told to show up half an hour early for my initial appointment, and I was still waiting two hours later for Dr. Knight. I understand that wait times in healthcare can sometimes be long, as I work in the field. However, when I asked how much longer I could expect to wait, I was told that the doctor takes her charts back with her, so they couldn t tell me. I was told by the staff that two hours was very abnormal, but then multiple people in the waiting room interjected that they always waited two hours for Dr. Knight. Also worth noting I saw two patients come in for appointments to be told their provider was no longer with the practice. One of these patients was asked loudly in the waiting room what he saw his provider for. I agree with other reviewers that the place isn t clean, but that s the tip of the iceberg.

GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOEFULLY UNDERSTAFFED. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A COG IN THE MENTAL "HEALTH" MACHINE THAT IS THIS ABOMINABLE PRACTICE. GOOD LUCK EVER GETTING AHOLD OF ANYONE FOR ANYTHING.

The staff was extremely nice. The doctor I chose was not. I have been on the same medication for over 30 years and my doctor retired. I have a couple friends who see Dr. Walters at this place and he gives them the same medication I take. When I saw him he told me he " Absolutely Does Not Prescribe That Medication ." He also gave me a big unnecessary lecture. Dr. Walters is a liar. He lied right thru his teeth. I know for a fact what he prescribes and who he is prescribing it to. If you decide to go to this place DO NOT SEE DR. WALTERS! You will be sorry.

Horrible facility, Dr Knight is a provoking unprofessional witch. She's probably the worst "professional" that I have ever met. She should be ashamed of the way she conducts herself. Do not go into a profession that is meant to help people if you enjoy making people feel like they are crazy!

Don't ever miss an appointment here. They will not call in your prescriptions to your pharmacy or give you the option of picking up your prescription papers.
I've left a dozen messages, none of them returned. I have had my husband call and they continuously put him on hold and then hang up on him. I had to reschedule an appointment because a close friend died. An admin assistant would not let me talk to my doctor or give him my message that I needed refills for my prescriptions. I've been seeing this particular doctor for several years and only recently at this office location.
I'm about to be going through withdrawal from Wellbutrin XL because of gross negligence from this facility. Withdrawal with this medication leads to seizures and seizures lead to brain damage.
They're playing a dangerous game at this shoddy excuse for a psychiatrist's office, one that will no doubt lead to the loss of several doctors' medical licenses.
Avoid going here at all costs.

This office is the most disorganized and unpleasant medical group to work with. Trust me they could care less to take you on as a patient. So keep looking. They do not follow the military Tricare insurance guidelines. They demand a referral for mental health care which is clearly stated as not required by Tricare insurance agreements. We asked our child's past physician to Fax records to their office according to Wellness Card directions. Our physician verified info was sent but they (Wellness) claim they have nothing. They clearly don't support military or veterans as they stated we have a specific referral policy for those covered by that type of insurance. Worst experience and zero help. No one should need beg to get their family member mental health. Stay away.

Dr. Epie is a terrible psychiatrist. Well, he's really only a nurse practitioner, therefore he is not qualified for his position as a psychiatrist. He lacks interest, and also retains an immense level of apathy towards his patients' conditions and/or situations. He lacks emotional connection, empathy, as well as sympathy. If you want real help, don't go to Dr. Epie, the fake psychiatrist. (really just a nurse practitioner.)

I was kept waiting for nearly two hours and I hate it when people keep me waiting. I want to be out the door and I have other things in life better than being kept waiting. And I thought my ex speech therapist was annoying

This place was disgusting and unprofessional. It's worse than any old gas station bathroom on the inside.. Hopefully my experience can save someone else from wasting their time. My advice: stay far away!

Not the place to go if you have genuine mental health concerns. 5 months, 2 appointments and 18 total minutes with a doctor- his answer was 'see another doctor' and wait another indefinite amount of time. What a joke. I'm sure they're great for court ordered check ups, but if you're actually chemically imbalanced; would not recommend.

This office is very frustrating. It's one of the only places in the area that accepts my insurance so, I feel like I'm stuck dealing with them. Firstly, try calling or rescheduling an appointment. 75% of the time, nobody answers the phone and you are redirected to a "general mailbox" Don't bother leaving a message because nobody calls you back.

DO NOT SEE DR. KNIGHT. She doesn't care about your well-being. She is very rude and condescending, and will treat you like an addict even if you aren't there for addiction issues at all. Dr Walter's is very nice, if you have the option, see him.

The therapists there, however seem decent enough to let down your guard with. Gene is nice, and helpful, but i can't vouch for the rest of them.

I'd rate this higher except for the office management, and Dr. Knight's behavior, but if you can avoid those as much as possible and don't ever need to reschedule your appointments without physically walking in to do it, it's not a horrible place.

As many bad reviews as this place has, I can't believe it doesn't have more. I have literally never in my life seen any kind of medical practice run this way. Luckily I now have better insurance and will be able to kiss this place goodbye for good, but let me give you some of my greatest hits:

1. Went to see the Nurse Practitioner that seems to run the internal medicine side of things looking for a mental health referal. I had been up to Wellness card llc (the mental health part of the operation as far as I can tell) and didn't want to stay with them (another story) and asked for a referal to Kettering Behavioral health. I was told this would be no problem and in fact to call back in a week if I had heard nothing from Kettering. To make a long story short, multiple voicemails, and messages left with the front desk later, I finally went back to see her and asked what had happened. She then told me she had no record of my request for a referal...

2.)I have been to Welness Card LLC 4 times to see a psychiatrist. On not ONE of those occasions was my appointment even within an HOUR of my scheduled time. The time management in this place is horrible, the staff seems confused and constantly busy as if there might be some actual systemic problems with the way things work back there. Doctors make patients wait HOURS for appointments (on each occasion, at least 1 person was still in the waiting room who was there WHEN I GOT THERE. No, I'm not joking.

3.) I was prescribed a medication by a doctor there who only works at Wellness Card one day per week. I promptly went to the Pharmacy where I was told the medication would require "Prior Authorization" from my insurer, and that the doctor would need to fill out some paperwork and fax it to my insurance company to solve this. The pharmacy said they had contacted my doctors office and let them know about this. Two days later I call the pharmacy and we're still waiting for prior authorization. I called Wellness Card to inquire about the situation and they told me they couldn't locate my chart and would call me back as soon as they found it...

...That was 2 days ago. I could go on and on. The facility is in total disrepair, the staff is rude, the doctors have NO respect for anyones time but their own, and when you finally see them they give you maybe 10 minutes to explain why you're there, put you on some medication they decided on the spot is just perfect for you, and shove you out the door.

If you have the means, STEER CLEAR

It saddens me that when people are seeking help, this is what they are walking in to. The office staff, up stairs, were completely unprofessional, disrespectful and gossiping. Very catty behaviour from the two females I encountered. One had her man in the waiting room hanging out, there was constant interaction between the two, which explains why I set a half an hour after my scheduled appointment to just get my vitals. I have looked forward to coming to this appointment, seeking counsel for the first time and it has definetly altered my comfort level.

There is no sign for the office. My husband was 5 minutes late for a new patient appointment, he had to be there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and they canceled the appointment. The place looks sketchy. The staff is rude on the phone.

The doctors belittle you and wont let you use your phone in the doctor's office to look up suggested medication. If you have add they will only prescription non stimulants. Even if you where taking them before. The facility is dirty smells like cigarettes, the walls are falling apart. Literally choose any other place.

Dirty, dingy, unkempt. Offices, furniture, walls are all like walking in to a condemned home. If you weren't depressed before your y went in you will be when you leave. Needs free wi-fin- hello this is 2017!!!!!

That being said - the staff on the main floor are typically slow and leave you feeling like you are bothering them just by checking in. The staff upstairs, and my dr. - dr. glass are generally professional and helpful.

Whoever runs this place needs to step up to the plate and make them s facility. You get the sense that the primary clientele is low including me and the owners think they don't deserve professional level treatment an facilities!!

I think they hire anyone to work the office. They can't be health care providers. No one knows whats going on so they make it up as they go. The nurses upstairs are mean to patients and I mean MEAN. Its ridiculous. I really don't even want to give them one star. They don't deserve it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Waited over a week for them to send in the prior authorization for my medication. They kept telling me that they were doing it in that time. I kept in touch with my insurance to find out they never sent anything in. Now that I need a new prior authorization they can't seem to locate my chart. This is the 2nd time in about 5 days that they have told me that they will call me back when they locate my chart.

I would like to provide my experience with Dr. Epie. Dr. Epie is extremely callous, and unsympathetic. He does not care about his patients in the least bit. I can get better care from a hamster. Don't recommend.

Had an appointment scheduled to see Dr. Knight. The office called to reschedule and when I showed up for my appointment they said the Dr. I had an appointment with wasn't taking any new patients. So I had to reschedule with another Dr. Very unprofessional. Not really sure I want to continue going to this doctor. Unfortunately with my insurance it was hard to find a doctor. I'm not sure I'm going back yet.
