Great company. Karen was exceptional at helping get benefits for family !!

Karen has been so helpful, patient and accommodating the last two years with me having to get my own insurance. She is also very sympathetic of the frustrations of insurance and tries to find stuff that fits best for your biggest health concerns/needs.

supposedly due to a wrong address submited by AUI to the market place I have had nothing but problems trying to get this corrected.I have requested the change 3 times but was told the whole process had to be started over. Havent recieved any returned messages or help from AUI to resolve this matter....not a happy customer

Always helpful and willing to work with you. They really helped me out with my difficult situation. I would reccomend them most certainly.

Karen is always very prompt to reply to any requests I may have. Also she puts you in contact with the person you need to speak with if she doesn't have the answer. I highly recommend Karen and AUI!

AUI is great for individual who needs insurance but really surpasses when it comes to helping small businesses with their group plans. It's not like "sign and we're done". They continue to regularly reach out to help their clients with compliance and HR and other issues. They have exceptional sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs and struggles of the small business person.
