DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Waited over a week for them to send in the prior authorization for my medication. They kept telling me that they were doing it in that time. I kept in touch with my insurance to find out they never sent anything in. Now that I need a new prior authorization they can't seem to locate my chart. This is the 2nd time in about 5 days that they have told me that they will call me back when they locate my chart.
