Wellness & Beauty Lieve Mestdagh Review

An institute with beautiful care arrangements and products.

I have already been here several times with a flairbon.
I have always been very satisfied, even though the last time has been disappointing.

We were well received (as always), and 2h wellness was promised. (see picture)
Eventually we started at 9am with our breakfast in the wellness area, which we spent 45 mins on. Then we had 45 mins time to start the wellness and then a half hour jacuzzi. So basically they have taken 45 minutes of our spa time.
Afterwards we were no longer allowed in the wellness, because there were already other people in it. So it came down to them that they were overbooked.

Then came the body care. I specifically asked for anti-allergic care, because of my hypersensitive skin, and that was certainly not a problem. I was the first to receive the chocolate pack in the institute. Now I was apparently an exception, and I got a bad reaction from the products on my back when I got home. That reaction only disappeared after 3 weeks. This was ultimately a real shame for me, and I did not really enjoy my last visit.

I spoke to Mestdagh about it, and she was very friendly and understanding about the situation, even though she could not really help me.

I hereby conclude that it is a very nice thing, with good employees who look out for their customers. I was only disappointed in the last time, but I can not write off the whole thing.
Perhaps a must for the institute to adjust the hours on the flair, nobody will be disappointed. If so, we look forward to seeing you next time. :)

Not experienced enough. Bad results for my pedicure (varnish looked to be very old and could not be kept, no time to properly dry due to other clients)
