Very nice location and stainless clean room / suite

Very good. Staff were excellent and the breakfast in bed was a really good standard. Would be 5 stars if the rooms were less cluttered, they are clearly trying to offer a lot of add ons, Ipad, Bosse speakers etc., but consequently the room has very little space for your own belongings.

Absolutely beautiful, with friendly staff.a stones throw from all attractions with little to no noise in rooms.

What a nice hotel. We had a super nice very spacious room. Nice bathroom with everything on it. GREAT breakfast and dinner (vegan) was sublime.

Very well received, nice room, personal full of little attention

Wonderfully sumptuous boutique hotel set in an old mansion house, parts of which date back to the fourteenth century. Rooms are classically-designed (think chandeliers, oil paintings... ) and are exceptionally well-appointed - with a large flatscreen TV, iPad, Nespresso machine and Bose sound dock, along with soft fluffy bathrobes and towels and very comfortable bed. The owners have thought of every little detail - down to the hand-written welcome card in the room, power socket inside the in-room safe, and the weather forecast that is slipped under your door in the morning.

The hotel's bar offers delightful fireside drinks in the evening, whilst the four course menu in its Michelin-listed restaurant was one of the culinary highlights of our trip. Perhaps the best surprise of all was the sauna and hammam in the basement of the hotel, which felt almost like our own private spa - perfect for resting our feet and warming up after a winter day's sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel in the typical style (the photos of the room prove it) perfectly located.
Almost everything is excellent: the situation, the home, the general cleanliness, the comfort of the room (smell, external soundproofing, bed, temperature, cleanliness, shower and toilet ... Everything is nice), the space well being , the food (exquisite lunch ...) ...
He breathes tranquility and history.

The only downside would be the soundproofing between the rooms if you come across noisy neighbors (but the hotel is dependent on its guests ...).

If you find a good plan (weekendesk, ...), do not hesitate a second!

One or two minor errors but apart from that, everything was impeccable if you like to be treated as an exceptional and unique being. Staff both efficient and responsive when needed, discreet when needed. Nickell rooms, sauna area etc sufficient.

First time visitors lovely atmospheric hotel with great helpful staff

Beautiful. Comfortable. Exquisite. We had a lovely 4 night stay here, and I have nothing to complain about. I have only praise for the concierges and bartenders--the entire staff. The one small issue that we had was our bed: we discovered it was two twin mattresses pushed together instead of a full mattress. Not a huge deal, and likely something we missed in the room description.

Exceptional hotel and the staff went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay excellent.

We had a problem with our train from Brussels and a one hour trip ended up taking us three hours. We were exhausted. When our can pulled up the receptionist, Delphine, was waiting for us outside. She knew our names and was ready to help with our bags. The responsiveness and preparedness of the staff only got better from there.

This is such a special place. Outstanding service. The gentleman who works at the Bar and breakfast worked so hard to give us the best service.The breakfast was amazing. The best waffles we have ever eating. The best Egg Benedict also. Very fine food offered at breakfast. We tried to make reservation for dinner at Mystique but it was fully booked. Highly recommend to book breakfast and dinner at Mystique in advance. Very much worth it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A dream experience. A superb place, a perfect location and a very efficient team.

Impeccable, but too overloaded style.
The hotel is 2 minutes from the Markt or Bruges Central Square. It is ideal to comfortably visit the city and its surroundings. The service is perfect. The room is very well equipped, even with a courtesy coffee machine. And yet it did not convince me, mainly because it's not my style. I find it too ornate in the decoration, in the details as daily delivery of chocolates or the handwritten weather report. Defects: beds too soft and parking very expensive ( 35 / day), when 3 minutes there is another audience for less than 9 / day. The price is a bit high, but it was worth it.

Great location and pleasant staff. The lobby and decor is very classic and old fashioned which is nice if you're into that style. The rooms however are small and cluttered. There is stuff all over the counters and not a lot of space for personal items. The other major complaint is the bed which is very hard. I felt like I was sleeping on cement for two nights. My boyfriend and I both have bad shoulders and we are in pain after sleeping on this bed. We asked for another comforter or blanket to make it more plush but they said they didn't have anything for us. If you're really into a comfortable, spacious room then this isn't for you.

Beautiful building converted into a charming hotel relais and castle the rooms are superb and the service to the height. The restaurant is gourmet and the service can be a little below the standards of establishments of this standard.

A great hotel with atmosphere, excellent cuisine and superior service! - But if my rating is still so negative, so I refer to the behavior of the management to the guest. If I give my word as a guest that a paint damage to my car in the hotel garage was created, I can expect, that the Guidance believes me and does not indirectly portray as a liar. The guest also deserves respect and respect, if he not only pays, but also justified claims to the hotel.

Great experience, true 5* service mentality. Small improvement in room cleaning consistency would be good, but overall ok. Breakfast was very high quality, for longer stays some more variety would enhance the experience.

Extraordinary meal. Elegant, beautiful food. Exceptional service. Great wine list. Wednesday has a special prix fixe with wine. Chef menus and ala carte. Pricey but worth every to a foodie! Beautiful dining rooms and pretty bar. Fairly casual for the tourist trade. English, Spanish, spoken as well. Highly recommend!

The air in our small room was broken two nights in a row so it was hot/stuffy and we couldn't leave our window open at night due to the loud street noise. If you are a light sleeper, it's something to consider. Everything else was great though!

The property is conveniently located, steps away from the central Market Plaza, but there are many other locations across the city that, in my opinion, are far away more charming than this one. The staff was excellent, always ready to help and efficient. The breakfast was wonderful and fulfilled our expectations. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner.

Such a charming hotel with a staff to match. We couldn t have been more pleased with our choice. Breakfast started each day off right and each night when we retired to our room we found a little surprise.

The ideal base for a visit to Bruges, with excellent service and a class restaurant

Beware of the Classic room which is only 215sq.ft. If you cannot get the larger Deluxe, do NOT stay at this hotel.
The Classic is extremely uncomfortable for 2 persons. You feel trapped, as there is no space to move around, or seat.
Double beds are actually 2 twins mattresses next to each other, and you do feel and fall into the gap: once again, extremely uncomfortable, unromantic, and ridiculous for a supposedly Relais & Chateaux...
The so-called 'Suites' are actually converted 'chambres de bonne' or 'maid quarter' under the attic, with tiny windows. They are basic and plain, with no deluxe decor or furnishing whatsoever.
Warning: one of their 'new' deluxe is on the first floor, in a new part of the building, in the back of the hotel, and feels like you are staying in the basement.
The hotel entrance door and staircase style are from the 80's.
On the other hand, the breakfast, and the dining room where it is served, are both magnificent! The service during breakfast is also top notch.

Sterrennotatie voor hotels is vaak een avontuur. Veel hotels verdienen de sterren niet die op de muur hangen of kregen ze 15 jaar geleden, voor de verbouwing, toen de vorige eigenaar nog leefde.
Heritage doet je al die twijfel razendsnel vergeten. De ontvangst is hartelijk en professioneel, de kamers beter dan de website beschrijft en de service voorbeeldig.
Kers op de taart is de keuken. Ontbijt is bijna opulent te noemen, het diner ronduit goddelijk. Je kunt hier maar vijf sterren geven, maar voor de keuken verdienen ze twee sterren extra en een kus aan de chef.
We zijn hier schandelijk verwend en raden dit aan voor iedereen die een romantisch uitje plant in Brugge.

Ideally located for visiting Bruges. Luxurious and comfortable.

Excellent accommodations, professional staff, clean rooms, and a soft bed. The only thing wanting was we had so many Pokemon in our room it was difficult to relax. The Bose stereo system helped and we enjoyed the Duke Ellington in the background and the Duvel in the fridge, but sometimes that's just not enough to distract one from Pokemon jumping on the bed. In all seriousness this is a lovely hotel.

Everything you would expect from a five-star hotel: exquisite old-fashioned luxury setting, room and bathroom of the same quality, a dream breakfast with special egg preparations and waffles, friendly and very competent staff, one will speak to you in your language. Perfect price-performance ratio. Loyalty system with discounts of 20% on the following stays. Go with your eyes closed, we go back as soon as possible!

Nice place, great location, nice service but poorly soundproofed room. you can hear the neighbor from above walk and not a little, at 1 am in a luxury room, the view very mediocre ... it annoys a little and the quality of the continental breakfast is very average. Very good stay despite everything but at this price, we expect better. The breakfast buffet in any 3 * hotel is much better and more varied.
