The plasma machine made our project achievable, was cost efficient and highly productive. The performance was exactly as was stated to me. I have been a customer of Alphaweld for a number of years for various projects. Recently I used Alphaweld as a main supplier on a major shutdown. We utilised them for hiring of various equipment (welding machines, power sources, plasma cutters and diesel welders) but also for all the welding consumables. The customer service we recieved was outstanding. The job involved Specialist welding using exotic materials- Vince came to site and reviewed the work scope which enabled us to get the correct consumables and equipment to execute the job. The level of detail that they offer customers is exceptional- Apart from identifying non standard comsumables they calculated amounts of each required plus contingency- they also sourced the non standard consumables from all over Australia in record time. When circumstances and jobs evolved extra consumables were freighted and available the following day. Alphaweld catered for any potential scenario with the hired equipment incase of any breakdowns or issues we came across. Personally not being familiar with every machine we hired i wouldnt have known what to order for spare/replacement parts. Vince and the team covered every base to ensure there was no risk of a machine breaking down and my company losing any time. We wouldnt have been successful without such phenomenal service.
