EYE! .... Ami recommended me everything was fine with the consultation, BUT ..... that even charges very well no more than 15 minutes it took to listen. He left me to send an email with an explanation letting me know an answer if I took my case oh I rejected it. He never receives anything and when I spoke to him he did not want to take my call and he sent word with his secretary that he would not take it for no reason. I do not recommend it !!!! a star is up to no name because I have to put one.

I had a very good experience with this lawyer. I am rating it a 5 star rating, only for the outcome of my case, which was a positive one. Any questions that I had throughout the process, were answered. That made me feel very comfortable. They also prevented me from further fees that I thought I had to make. That really made me feel so much better and safe. I truly recommend this lawyer, but please ask questions! Ask questions, even if you think they sound stupid. Most people blame lawyers for not handling their case the best way, but a lot has to do with what you give the lawyer to work with! Worst lawyers ever!!
My mom has a case with these people and it's been MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND NOTHING.
First, they had a paralegal that kept sending a document in the wrong format, IT TOOK MONTHS UNTIL THEY SENT IT CORRECTLY TO THE NVC. When the NVC finally approved it, they called my mom and told her that the paralegal was fired. Thank you I guess?? What about the money spent during the time? And what about the time my mom has been waiting??
Second, my mom had a concern about an issue she had before, she told them from the beginning and kept telling them, because we might not be immigration lawyers but we use our COMMON SENSE, but all they said was "Don't worry!" So if this was the previous paralegal fault, the new one assigned to her case should have studied it and realized the MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WAS MISSING. But no, they even called her a week prior to the interview and told her that if she needed that document to call them they would do it for her. Seriously? YOU HIRE A LAWYER SO THEY CAN HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR THE APPLICANT'S INTERVIEW.
The day of the interview, other people told her that their lawyers took MONTHS NOT YEARS during this process.
At the interview, they asked her for the document that was missing and you know the rest of the story, she has to go back. So my mom call her "lawyer" and all they say is "We can do it, you just need to pay $4000" additionally to the $3000+ she already paid them and the time spent. Oh but not just that, they want my mom's husband to lie, something that could put his job at risk. WHERE DO YOU EXPECT TO GET MORE MONEY FROM IF HE LOSES HIS JOB?
SO IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW A COUPLE THOUSANDS DOLLARS TO THE TRASH AND DO IT YOURSELVES.

It's not a very organized place, always someone new and gives false information causing us to spend extra money on things not useful for the case. And Lozano never worked on the application or accompanied us to the interview. Extremely expensive for alot of work we had to do ourselves. And didnt complete the application correctly. Wouldnt recommend this law firm.

I just finished my case with the people of the lawyer because I only saw him when he sold me a "VIP" package of $ 3,500.00 that the truth has nothing of vip, because they changed me secretaries about 6 times and each one that entered Again, they didn't even know what was happening with my case.
It was very stressful until the end, to the lawyer they sent with me to the appointment, I never speak to help me with a date that we never remember because she never saw my case or studied it and the officer thought we were lying, for the only thing that got up To speak the lawyer was to comment on some mistakes that they themselves had made on some dates and names but in case we did not help at all, apart from not speaking Spanish which was necessary for us. Anyway, I really see that this lawyer has fallen in category and efficiency and I really do not recommend it.
All experience is good with this law firm. My case is marriage-based green card after 3 years marriage. The case is not extremely complex since all my past immigration history is clear from any problem. The case is approved now after 7 months.
Their team is professional with multiple people double review your case. They figure out that I do not need extra sponsorship from my wife's sister and I can sponsor myself. So, that saves some money and hassling during the process. They charge a little bit higher fee for their service. After the whole process, I would say worth it based on my personal experience.
I would say that new clients need to be aware that the phone call is really not very responsive before 2 pm. I understand that they just moved to new location. But it would be very much helpful to calm the clients' anxiety asap if they try to reach you.
