Sherry Thomason was absolutely the best! She was prompt, responsive, organized and well-versed in current market conditions. She told us just what we needed to do to sell our home and she was 100% right. Her advice saved us from several unnecessary expenses. She worked with us to determine a good sales price, to stage our home and to generate excitement about our listing. We had multiple offers within days, and that simply wouldn't have happened without her expertise. Our agent, Sherry Thomason was amazing through our entire process. We met for the first time over a year ago when visiting Hilton Head Island to get to know the area and preview different communities and see a couple of homes. She was very patient and understanding knowing that our first visit was just "getting acquainted with the island/area" and that we may not be buying a home for another 2-3 years. In the meantime, she set me up with a profile on the Weichert Realtors website and for a year, sent me emails of properties that fit what we were interested. We visited last October (a couple of years earlier than expected) and had already selected homes to preview, she made appointments and took us around to probably 30 homes. All the while, patient, understanding and so informative about the homes, the area and communities we visited. We found our DREAM home, thanks to Sherry and all the services she provided us. I also have to say how responsive and again, patient Sherry was throughout our ENTIRE process. She always answered her phone when I called and the few times I had to leave a message, she responded extremely quickly. You always hope for the best but we actually experienced the best. 2 days after listing our place it was sold. She coached us the whole way. I choose Chris and Tom Fries to handle the sale of my home in Sun City, Bluffton. I liked Chris immediately when I met her at the office. Chris and Tom met with me in my home and provided great advice concerning what should be done in the house and what I could expect from the sale. Tom is great at getting necessary electronic documents sent in a timely manner. He also provides great guidance in terms of what's needed to be done in the house. Chris is also knowledgeable and had great suggestions! She provided referrals for repairs, feedback from showings and went to my home to allow access for repairs.
