I would give this NEGATIVE ratings if I could.
Sheeza is so UNPROFESSIONAL, If she thinks she can auction a house, & ask for the highest bid, makes you think she s going to finalize everything and take the house off the market then DOESNT take the offer.. a moment later to find out she changed the price of the home as the highest placed bid who is she kidding?! she s a joke. We are trying to PURCHASE A HOME she says one thing and does completely a different thing.. she plays so dirty, and is unethical.

We worked with Christi Taber and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for us. She got us the price we wanted. She came in and helped us declutter and stage the house. The pictures and video looked great on Realtor. She rode my rollercoaster ride gracefully, as this move was not desired. I highly recommend Christi!

Extremely helpful. A lot of Rental agencies make you feel like you are interrupting their day when you call. Watson goes out of their way to help

I can not praise Pete and his team enough. Moving to California was a rough enough transition. Finding a home in California in this competitive market... Talk about a headache that him and his team took on for me. They pulled off the impossible.

First let me start, they respected my right to be an Independent Buyer. I was motivated and on a time line. I came with my pre-approval and made it clear I was Independent. They never pressured me to do business with them, they let me do it on my own. They gained my loyalty by being there.

Next, I am a Veteran with a baby on the way. I believe I earned my right to 0 down home loan. VA home loans are not really zero down. You have to pay closing costs. As you know that can get pretty expensive.

Not only that... I am cheap. They managed to help me find and get a home into Escrow for at $0 cost to me. They worked out for the seller to take on all closing costs. And having a baby on the way, we can use all the money we can get.

Pete and his team did a great job. 5 star service all the way.

I was received well and perhaps better by Watson than any other service of this type and could not expect better service from anyone.
The curtisy of the receptionist is incredible.
