I choose Chris and Tom Fries to handle the sale of my home in Sun City, Bluffton. I liked Chris immediately when I met her at the office. Chris and Tom met with me in my home and provided great advice concerning what should be done in the house and what I could expect from the sale. Tom is great at getting necessary electronic documents sent in a timely manner. He also provides great guidance in terms of what's needed to be done in the house. Chris is also knowledgeable and had great suggestions! She provided referrals for repairs, feedback from showings and went to my home to allow access for repairs.
