My experience with Webster Properties has been absolutely wonderful! Prior to renting from Webster Properties I met with several of their tenants and they were all very pleased with the company. Webster Properties has high standards and integrity. I am happy and honored to be a tenant of theirs. Any issue or concerns that I have had, has been addressed exceeding my expectations. I expressed my vision for my business to management. A plan of action was put into place to customize my space. I am truly grateful for my experience with Webster Properties. I look forward to maintaining a long-term tenant relationship. Thank you for your awesome customer service and communication it is greatly appreciated.

I've rented from Webster Properties for the last year and the experience has been amazing. They make it very easy to get in contact with them, easy to pay rent, and just efficient, convenient about most things in general. I very much recommend them and wish I could have stayed longer!

The heater keeps going out every winter. It gets fixed and then it happens again

I wish you were still managing the property I live in, it's like night and day with this new group unfortunately. I can't wait to get out! I wanted to post this review because now I truly know how a lousy, unprofessional management company operates and that's Not You. I appreciate what you did for me that's how a good business should operate. You are professionals and know what you're doing and how to run a company and you do it well ! It was nice to have the driveway plowed early in the morning and so sweet that you shoveled and salted the stairs of the house. Also, I loved the fact that you pulled out and took in the trash. A major appliance broke in my apartment but things like that happen, you were right on it and replaced it in a timely manner. I'd like to say to the owner THANK YOU so much ! I think you're a great guy and have nice, capable people working for you. Anytime I bumped into one of your employees I got a smile or a good morning - what a great way to start a day. You're a good group of ethical people with standards like my own! Thanks again it was a pleasure ! Liz

I have never lived in any Webster Properties apartment. However, I own and operate a local carpet cleaning company and have worked for the Webster Properties family for over 20 years. They treat me and my crew with respect and pay on time every time and always expect we do the highest quality job possible. They are always having common areas of flooring cleaned as well as flooring inside rental units by us or their maintenance staff. They are constantly upgrading the properties they own and manage. I firmly believe that how contractors are treated by landlords are a direct indication of how the tenants will be treated.

Webster Properties has purchased 2 high-end homes in South Bristol across from Bristol Mountain that has become a nightmare for the neighbors and the Town Officials. Complaints after every event for obnoxious behavior by the Webster Properties clients, yelling, profanities, loud music, large parties, all in a rural quiet small town. People live here for the quiet, the natural surroundings, not to have a residential home turned into an event venue so you can make $$$. Shame on you and shame on your business practices. Our complaints are not acknowledged, and the only response is "things have changed." No one wants the house next door to become an Event Venue with weddings, fireworks, bands, drunk and obnoxious renters. Beware of Webster Properties moving into your neighborhood!!

I enjoyed my three years with Webster Properties! My unit was renovated nicely and anything that I needed fix was done promptly and very well! I love how the cleaning/maintenance crew kept the hallways nice and clean every week. Myles is absolutely awesome and very understanding! However, the people in the office are not very kind and do not return messages. Barbara H., in particular, is rude and difficult to get in contact with when a landlord reference is needed.

I've had an excellent experience renting residential with Webster Properties over the last two years. Myles Webster has personally gone out of his way to meet and exceed my needs. This has been my overall best experience with a landlord and housing rental in Rochester.
