I have never lived in any Webster Properties apartment. However, I own and operate a local carpet cleaning company and have worked for the Webster Properties family for over 20 years. They treat me and my crew with respect and pay on time every time and always expect we do the highest quality job possible. They are always having common areas of flooring cleaned as well as flooring inside rental units by us or their maintenance staff. They are constantly upgrading the properties they own and manage. I firmly believe that how contractors are treated by landlords are a direct indication of how the tenants will be treated.
