Although in my opinion they are a tad bit on the expensive side, I always get my packages on time... which is a MAJOR plus!

Excellent shipping courier with competitive shipping prices. The website is very professionally organized. Having a package tracker among other things. Could be the best courier in Trinidad.

For a shipping company that charges an insurance fee on packages (Web Source), they re one to never replace items if damaged in transit (especially when it comes to the larger and more expensive items like a TV). I recently switched to another company that gives u the option of having the item replaced or provides free shipping back to the merchant. Web Source service has gotten extremely poor over the years and now they just try to deny any liability or responsibility for packages.

They are the most efficient courier service that I've ever used. There is never a long wait. Parking can be a pain at times but that's because if the patrons.

To me it's good for the many years I've been doing business with them

Websource is awesome. Everything is awesome except the rates. A senior official, when inquiring about the rates of my smartphone, told me that "Your rates are calculated according to who is on the Maimi port at the time" And I find that to be very unclear. So if Jane is there on Monday and Ralph on Tuesday, the same smartphone may cost $100 on Monday and $500 on Tuesday. That is unfair.

Otherwise, you all are great

My items came quick but u see that price rate y'all have and charge me $723 for a 4lb box was ridiculous. I really want to continue shipping with y'all but y'all are robbing people.

Have been a customer at WebSource for over four years and their service has only improved from good to great. Whether it's timely email updates on your package status, weather induced delays or opening hours updates they are always in contact with their clients.

Their payment and collection system is quick and scales well when the busy periods of the year come.

Lastly, for the clients who aren't driving their courtesy shuttle will pick you up and drop you back to any major nearby roadway for public transportation.

Highly recommended for their excellent customer service.

Websource promises quick delivery times especially since they have the highest rates in the country however your packages will always be late,m, their answering time as well is not the best as you usually have to wait 20 minutes before speaking to someone. Wouldn t recommend them, use another courier, any courier instead, you ll receive your packages the same slow time but at least you ll pay less.

Excellent service. Signing up was a breeze compared to other carriers I've used. The staff are friendly and very efficient, from notifications to payment and collecting of packages. Will continue to use their service.

I'll rave most about Websource's communication loop and continent delivery option; they're solid. You're in the loop every step of the way even when there are delays at customs. The deliveries are timely and because goods are classified correctly charges are accurate and not surprising.

Very quick service......when I saw the amounttt of people there I thought I would be there all day.....but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got to the front and got my packages :)
