We have had the worst time with Weave and are in the process of trying to find another company. When it works, it s great. When it doesn t (which is the majority the time for us) you can t get anyone to help. I just got an invoice for our orthodontic practice and thought to myself, I can t believe we are paying between 500-600 a month for this . We are manually having to send out all text messages to patients because the system never works. I wouldn t recommend to anyone!

Weave is an amazing product and we have 4 offices using this software. Customer service was great through the sales and installation process. Once that process was complete you literally can't get someone to help you. The two star rating is due to the NON-EXISTENCE of any customer service. Phone call to customer support, on hold for 1 hour and still no answer. Live chat is not live until you go through a battery of questions and then the live chat hold is hours long, if it's answered at all. Weave needs to read the book, "Good to Great" and apply their principles. This company won't be in business for the long haul until they fix these problems.

Weave has been an integral part of our business especially during a pandemic. We are starting to use more of what they offer and not had many issues. CS has been extremely helpful when we have had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them. Tara H.

Since we don't know what we don't know, all we knew was "Old School" telephone systems. When our telephone IT guy suggested that we switch to Weave during the pandemic, we followed his recommendations since we trusted him. I am so glad we did. Yes, we had a few hiccups along the way. Thanks to our IT guy communicating with the Weave IT guys, he was able to determine how to fix our hiccups and we were off and running.

The ease in communicating with our patients via text is amazing. The FD is much quieter now with less phone conversations. We are also more productive vs having long, chatty conversations with our patients. We have an older demographic patient base so we were a little concerned about how they would embrace this technology but it has been no problem. I think that they appreciate being able to text at their convenience vs having to call during office hours.

We also really like the follow-up text messages that go out to the caller once they call in and receive the voicemail message.

Yes....support can be a challenge at times and I can't get through. But more times than not, I reach someone relatively quickly. I know that they are aware of this and have added many new employees to handle the increase in incoming calls.

We have had Weave now for 18 months so I don't typically have any questions at this point after we went through the learning curve.

I would highly recommend Weave to anyone looking for an alternative to your "old school" phones and need to increase the in-coming calls capability. It is also great to be able to see who is calling on the phone and have a record of their incoming call.

Our office has loved working with Weave, and our patients love it too! Communication is so easy and quick. The app is the best to be able to be out of the office and still keep everything running smoothly. Switching over was easy and quick the phones are a great upgrade from what we had before. We would highly recommend Weave for any dental practice

They are the one dental software that we use where the development team actually asks us what we want to see in their software and they actually make the changes. Our practice recently switched to Weave from another dental reminder software provider and we have been SO pleased with the program and the phones. There are so many bells and whistles to Weave that we weren't getting before! Too many to list! I have had excellent service from everyone at Weave but Bonnie O has been particularly helpful in getting me answers and resolutions to questions that I have had. Thank you so much, Bonnie!

My company has been utilizing Weave for almost a year now. The services offered are unmatched with any other phone services. Anytime there is an issue it is easily and quickly resolved. There was a slight hiccup with customer service initially but Cameron T. was very attentive and helpful in solving the issues in a timely manner. I have no complaints and would not use any other phone/text service provider besides Weave. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Cameron and the Weave customer service team!! You are appreciated!
